In video and audio recording mode: When the screen goes black, touch the power button to turn on the screen and check the time.
In standby mode: when the screen goes black, touch the power button to turn on the screen and check the time. If the screen remains black for more than a minute, the device will automatically enter power saving mode and you will need to press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the screen and check the time.
Power on: Press and hold the touch screen button for 2 seconds.
Power off: Press and hold the touch screen button for 2 seconds.
Video Buttons: Press the Video buttons to activate video recording; press the Video button again to turn it off.
Audio buttons: press the audio buttons to activate audio recording; press the audio button again to turn off audio recording.
Orientation of the frame: with the spy clock on. The video is reversed when the clock is pointed towards us; when the clock is facing out, the video is front-facing. This is to facilitate video recording.

A 32GB SD card is included. Video files are recorded there in AVI format (10 minutes and 6 to 7 GB of storage space per hour) and audio in WAV format (5 minutes and 250 MB of storage space per hour).
How to set the time？
The clock time can be changed by connecting the computer to the product with the supplied charging cable.

Product Review Otadug Watch CameraThe device itself is little larger than a lego brick. It pops out of the back of the watch strap. It is not waterproof so outdoor use will be limited; treat it like you would a mobile phone. The instructions that come with this unit are easy to set up. For its size the results are acceptable. It has autofocus. It works fine outdoors and will record through glass windows no problem.The recording will play back upside down if the wearer is looking at the display on the face of the watch. It seems to be intended that with the back of the hand pointing at the subject the recording will not be upside-down. Any movement by the wearer will distort or destabilise the image recorded. The mic works fine but picks up the slightest breeze outdoors.Some reviews mention that the recorder will not play back on their PCs Laptops etc., this is true since the format for the recordings is .api files and cannot be read using the computerâs own software. Now my laptop is not the latest version and is no longer supported by the manufacturer, however there are apps available that will read and convert the .api files that the camera records onto the mini-HD disk. The .api files can be converted using VLC media playerâdownloadable online freeware from VideoLANâ VLC player can play files that cannot be opened in software that comes with the computer such as QuickTime. There might be better apps out thereâwhile VLC still works after many years in the versions of your software or later. Drag & drop the file from the recorder into your media player and convert it into various formats if you want to publish online or paste into a report; however there might be quality lossâeven soundâif you want the best results I find watching the playback in the media player works just fine. Not easy figure out
Will not recommend this productI had to watch YouTube before figuring out where to plug the charger and how to extract the audio/ video.The video was not compatible with my laptop, so I had to augment it with another appThe manual is not explicit, and there is no sign of whether or not the watch is fully charged.It has stopped working as of the 6th of Jan 2025.

Después de probar este reloj con cámara espÃa durante algunos dÃas, puedo decir que cumple con lo básico. A simple vista, parece un reloj común: su diseño es discreto, elegante y no levanta sospechas, lo cual es ideal si buscas grabar de manera encubierta.Conclusión es bastante bueno para grabar vÃdeo y audio en ciscustancias que no quieres que se enteren y la baterÃa dura bastante y viene con una tarjeta micro SD.
