Just as good as top brand headsets but for a better price
This is an excellent headset used on pc.Previously had steelseries Arctis pro wireless, which were very good but got rid of them as did not need them anymore.However, recently I needed a headset again and saw these on offer, so decided to try a cheaper headset.WOW. This headset is really good.The headset itself is very well made, actually on pair with top brand names and it is very comfortable.Sound quality is really good with no flaws that i can hear, crisp sound and set just right for gaming and music alike.The function buttons work well and when powering the headset on, a voice tells you when you are connected.The microphone is really good as well. Crystal clear voice can be heard with no distortion or lag.The lighting on the earphones cant be turned off but i can`t see them when got the headset on, so no issues there.Battery life seems really good and used for over 20 hours so far without having to charge them up.Overall, an excellent headset on a budget price.My advice, if looking for a headset for gaming, this in my opinion is a good buy compared to the high prices that the main brands charge.I don`t think you will be disappointed in these.I know i`m not disappointed having had high end headsets before. (Never again paying high prices when have cheaper ones like these)

Ignore negative reviews they don’t know how to use an instruction manual
It’s really good and all the negative reviews that said bad things about this headset happened but got fixed when I read the manual properly and also it says it only connects with ps5 ps4 and pc so those reviews about it not connecting with Xbox is their fault. Also when I first tried connecting it I got on error message but that was because it was in Bluetooth mode BT which is for phones so I just switched it and it worked fine

Excellent quality headset. My daughter loves it. Not only that but got in touch with the company when my daughter damaged the cable that comes with it if you want to plug it in asking to buy a new cable, the they sent one out FOC. Great customer service and great product

They’re a bit rubbish
2nd Edit: These get worse. Battery life is only around 7 hours, not the 30 hours claimed. I cannot do a full day at work with these, I have to put them on charge in my lunchbreak or they fail before the end of the day. Customer service from the company is non-existent. I contacted them about the issue with the wi-fi network and they said they’d send me a new dongle, but they didnt. They then stopped responding to emails so I have given up. the headphones sound fairly nice at low to medium volumes although are very bass heavy. But they just dont last the day and the wi-fi issues are too intrusive to put up with. I’ll put them in the bin and buy a set of decent onesEDIT: Updated this review and removed 1 star. When you connect these via the wi-fi option the connection obliterates other wi-fi signals in the room. My 5GHz network disappears completely and my 2.4GHz gets very patchy and I have to move way from the dongle in order to use it. As I work from home and need push notifications sent to my phone this is a real pain. I’m now having to look into buying a wifi range extender or boosterBought these based on the reviews and feel disappointed. Not sure if the reviews were all written immediately on delivery or what, but my experience is differentNot bought for gaming, I work from home and due to a health condition need to be able to get up and stretch etcEasy to install, though the manual is written in tiny font size. First thought is that the buttons are impossible to operate whilst wearing the headset. I need to take them off, set them and put them back on. The position of the buttons also means that when I take them off, I’m pressing the button whilst doing this. Buttons are multifunction which is a bit annoyingThe microphone only goes up or down, no sideways movement. This mans you cannot get it close to the mouth. This affects the microphone volume hugely and windows reports only 2% of max volume. On phone calls the other party can hear, but its not loud. There is no software with the headset and no way to adjust mic volumeThe headset is very large and bulky. It’s heavy and looks huge. It doesnt fit well – I have a pretty average size head and even at the smallest adjustment size it is too big and slips forward. Any head movement causes the headset to moveThe PU cups make it very hot to wear these and I have to keep taking them off to cool my earsThey do a reasonable job of isolating sound, considering their price.Sound quality is overly bassy, but not awfulBattery life is not great, and annoyingly they cannot be used whilst charging. Connecting to a charger shuts them down. I need to charge them every night to ensure they last through the next shift. They then have to be turned back on by pressing the multi function middle button for a few seconds till they restart. You hear a voice saying they are on. You also hear a voice when the battery is low. There is an indicator light on the headphones but its pointless as you cant see it whilst wearing them. It would be far more useful to have an on-screen displayBuild quality seems to be very good – they are heavy and feel substantial. The dongle works flawlessly, at least on wi-fiRange seems pretty good on them when connected to wi-fi. I’ve not tried them on bluetooth yetThey have an RGB lit logo on the sides. Definitely not up to the quality of my Steel Series wired set which I use for gaming, but then they are a fair bit cheaper

The good:Headphones are comfortable; sound and mic quality is good.The bad:Feels very low quality with hollow plastic. I was expecting more for the price. This I can live with. But, signal drops randomly and you hear “disconnected” and then immediately after “connected”, this I cannot live with.Conclusions:Not worth what I payed, around $70. I would pay not more than $40 for these headphones.Three star for the headphones themselves, because of the “meh” quality, but one star deducted for the disconnect problems. If I were you, I would look elsewhere.
