The monitor is alright but could do with some adjustable mechanism
The monitor is alright but could do with some adjustable mechanism. Also not as stable (a bit wobbly if you bump the table) as other brands.

Awful
Worked with minor issues for 6 months then completely stopped working. Tried many different cables and devices and still does not work. Turns on but has no display. Trash, would not recommend for any use really as it had problems since day 1.

Stopped working after a few hours
Monitor simply went blank and could not be turned on after a few hours of use. Quality control at the factory needs to do better as itâs very disappointing for the customer having to go through the hassle of collecting then having to pack, print labels and return a defective item. Totally disappointing

Looks OK. But Camera & USB C-C/A cable missing
Received the product on time and with good condition. The Monitor looks good and the stand is sturdy as well (I just use it at home as an additional Monitor for office use and works well for me). Screen is bright & large with precise display.I did not receive the Camera & the USB C-C/A cable. I am not sure if the Camera is part of the deal or needs to be purchased seperately but the manual definitely has mentioned USB C-C/A cable and thats missing in the package.

Stopped working after a week
Decent monitor, however it stopped working after a week of use. Tested the usbc cable, it was working fine, and also the power cable, that was also fine, so must be something to do with the monitor. Have sent it back and asked for a replacement. Will see how the replacement holds back.

We purchased 22 units of this model and, in less than a month, 5 of them completely died.First 3 units were replaced directly by Philips but when we call for the other 2, Philips told us to contact Amazon for replacement.I regret about purchase.
