Yes their expensive, but your paying for the Quality, functionality and Label. Would reccomend.
Don’t get me wrong, these bulbs are expensive. A light bulb shouldn’t be £90, but are they good? Yes, Yes they are. I didn’t expect these to get bright as they are stated at ‘Accent’ Lights. They look great, colours are vibrant an of course have colour temperature control too. Easy to setup too just like any other hue device.

Exactly as expected
Whilst it’s very expensive, it looks great and so far hasn’t had any issues. it’s not the brightest but most people would just use it for ambience so that’s not a problem. it’s easy to set up as long as you have a bridge, and works fine straight away.

We’ve had philips hue bulbs for a long time, but these Lightguide bulbs are a beautiful addition to the line up for our new fixtures, creating a stylish modern look on the classic filament bulb

Nice but overpriced
Definitely an improvement over the previous pendants that was in this house when we bought it – however a few things I dislike is:1) the price is a big issue, itâs not got much going on, the price is a bit excessive IMO considering itâs quite a basic piece of metal.2) even at full drop (100cm) the braided cabling wouldnât straighten out so I had to manually try straighten it over the course of a week and itâs still not completely straight with kinks.3) almost forces you to buy into Philips overpriced bulbs as standard bulbs without a long neck wonât fit. The bulbs are really nice and theyâre smart like the rest of ours so not the worst thing but the price is silly.Overall Iâm happy and they have improved our entrance hallway. We have 2 of them on the same switch and they work seamlessly. Theyâre even motion activated based on automations from a few motion sensors we have.

Stunning Lamp/Bulb
I’ve used this in a bedroom about 16m sq as the main ceiling light. For this purpose you will probably need the philips fitting to really set off the look and it does not require any other fitting. Enough light is provided for my space. Given it’s position it really colours the walls and ceiling of the room. Definitely worth the money.

Versatile and easy to use
Fantastic bulb – easy to use and you do not need to have a Philips bridge for it to work. It is bright and is easy to use in the app or with google assistant. My favourite light setting is the fireplace – the bulb actually flickers like a real candle or fire would. It is big and has a beautiful vintage look and feel to it. Easy to set up and connect, and has a wide range of colours and preset âscenesâ to choose from.

Pretty, BIG lamp. It really is a statement lamp. It looks the same as in the pictures, but when receiving it you finally get to grasp how Big it is lol. Pretty colors to choose from. I use the IKEA round 50 cm regnskur lamp with this lamp lol. Looks pretty Epic.
