Nice Monitor
Clear picture and easy to put together. Slight problem getting the webcam working as it needs a second lead which was supplied but did not seem to be required at first. Sound a little thin but working on settings to see if I can improve this.

What can I say? This is a great monitor, I already had the identical monitor (242B) with built in webcam and USB so wanted this to accompany it. It is great having the matching pair. Delivery was prompt and the price was good. I particularly like the ability to swivel the screen and the adjust the height on the stand.

Easy to assemble but takes a little time
When assembled the item doesn’t rotate as easily as appears, which is why the fours stars. Otherwise the whole structure is well balanced when put together. Very good product which I would recommend to anyone looking for an additional monitor, plug & play just perfect.

Clear picture, speakers a little tinny
Excellent picture quality and simple to set up, the stand is adjustable and easy to assemble, I was pleasantly surprised to see every cable needed to connect to the pc .As far as the sound quantity goes I canât alter the treble or bass to improve it so it remains slightly tinny, apart from that Iâm very satisfied with the monitor. There wasnât any kind of protective film covering the screen so be mindful not to âpick awayâ at the corners of the screen.

Absolutely Brilliant!
I absolutely love this monitor. It was a surprise gift from my husband. I use it for World of Warcraft and love the colours, the definition, and the whole display. Having a camera is also fabulous! 10 out of 10 from me! I highly recommend this monitor and getting it through Amazon Prime. Always a reliable source.

Excellent monitor. Camera works great and the quality of the image is perfect. I usually get tired eyes/headaches after a few hours in front of the screen, but I havenât had that problem with this monitor. Very pleased!

Even the technicians had trouble handling this monitor. When you pick it up, it zooms to the end of travel. Inexperienced staff would have it jump out of their hands and smash on the floor. There is no lock on the height adjustment, which is easy to use for quickly adjusting and readjusting the monitor height, but sadly no safety lock. I did expect better from Phillips. Robin T
