Good value for money and great customer service
I think this product is worthy of its price. Firstly it has a very handy waterproof storage pouch. Then the remote control function is very handy. Then it is relatively light and stable and easy to adjust. It has an adjustable height for many shooting needs.I think their customer service is very good. The tripod I received was missing a small part and I found out rather late that it would make the tripod not adjustable at a certain angle, so I contacted customer service. Because they need some time to post and I needed it urgently, they sent me a new tripod straight away. I purchased mine before they added the remote control feature, so they also sent me an extra remote control. Thank you very much for these.I have to say it does have some drawbacks, I think some parts are not accurate enough, for example the phone holder of my second tripod cannot be fastened, whereas I swapped the firstâs and it worked fine. I don’t think this is a common problem and I do believe the customer service can be very responsive.In all good value for money.

Poor Instructions – Remote doesnât work
The structure is fine but the iPhone remote will connect via Bluetooth but fails to operate the photo camera and thus useless.Instructions also useless – had to search online and still no proper instructions.I am not a regular photographer so a bit of guidance on set up of phone holder and a remote that works is essential.Would contact the seller but it appears no obvious facility on Amazon.

This product was very easy to set up! It took me a few minutes to do! I used this with an iPad and it was very solid. I did not have to hold the stand at all. It stood alone with the ipad and worked out great! It was a great value for my money!

I purchased this tripod 48 hours before my sonâs wedding. It arrived in time, which made my day. I thought it would be nice to get into some of the family shots for a change! It was better quality than I expected, has the best features of the tripods I reviewed. Sturdy I was shooting on a hill for some of the shots and nothing fell over or off! It was quick to set up and easy to get my iPhone in and out. But I do agree the bag is too flimsy.

Die Qualität macht mir bis jetzt ein guten Eindruck. Habe es aber noch nicht ausprobiert. Kam gut verpackt an. Es hat noch einen Beutel wo man den Stativ mit tragen kann und eine kleine Fernbedienung. Bin bis jetzt sehr zu frieden.
