Great headset
Perfect PS5 gaming headset. There were some issues with it dropping connection when I had the dongle plugged into the rear of the PS5, I assume that it was on the edge of the range. I moved the dongle to the front and it works flawlessly now. So bear in mind you might need to give up you front USB port if you PS5 is a distance away.

Not worth the money for the poor design.
But when you place it on your head, after time, it cracks. I’ve had mine 3 months. After talking to Customer service, which was a frustrating time, they won’t refund, only replace/fix.They also randomly disconnect and my own way to get it started again is by pulling out the USB and putting it back in.This design needs a rework/update. They do not fit average-sized heads.Mic is also not the best.You are Better off looking for something else.The only good things are the sound quality and dual Bluetooth.

I have found the audio quality to be a good step up from my Bose QCs & Airpod pros, the sound feels much more similar to open back headphones. The natural EQ is much flatter than I expected for a gaming headset, which makes it much nicer to listen music or movies on.The usb DAC does not suport high res via OSX/Macs but there is less latancy than via bluetooth, although it is hard to notice any latancy with any modern setup. I suspect the DAC is holding the headset back, so if you are after anything similar to hi-fi it than look elsewhere.The ear cups balance the low clamping pressure nicely, so long sessions should not be a problem. I’ve only had it for a few months now and battery life is good, I’ve charged it once a week and never run out of battery. I have not used the hanging recharger, but if I had the deskspace that might nice.I’ve never had any problems using it with the PS5 or OSX, everything worked out of the box and I’ve had no dropped signal. However I have had issues changing between the devices as the USB DAC is fragile. If you are moving between devices becareful otherwise the casing can come apart. It snaps back in together easily, but it does mean I probably won’t change it over every day. I might try using end up using a usb dock/hub to change devices with them if it starts to be a real problem, but something to be aware of if you plan to move it between devices. The headset itself does feel slightly fragile as well but if you take care and don’t drop it all the time or throw it on a desk, it’ll be grand.When reading online reviews the major negative called out was in the mic, I’m not sure if they’ve updated the model or firmware since the release reviews but it is miles better than I expected. In mic check recording and during calls/meetings, it has been clear and sounds fine to my ears. My eldest child yells at what feels like max volume via the mic when gaming with friends as well, and it seems to handle those outbursts without too much clipping. Overall I’m impressed!

Decent, but (occasionally) terribly flawed.
The headset is comfortable and light. Sound quality is decent, but not the same as a set of hifi headphones. This is too be expected for the use case though.The reason I give 3 stars is because of the connection to the PS5. The dongle is woeful. The headset random loses connection for no reason at all. It can be a PITA to get the headset gone again, so I’ve taken to just pulling the dongle, waiting a few seconds and then reinserting. 9 times out of 10 this solves it, but this is terrible if you’re mid game and can’t pause!

They still drop the audio
Really are comfortable and the noise cancellation is excellent, the sound is miles better than the pulse, only one complaint l have is they have dropped the audio on a couple of occasions, this is simple to rectify,just unplug the dongle,but after paying over 120 pounds for them they should work flawlessly..the little hanging charger is a positive

Pulse Elite 3D – Poor Build Quality
The sound, bass and 3D audio is absolutely phenomenal however, the build quality is questionable.11 months later and the headset is now unusable. As Iâve seen with other reviews, the plastic supporting the earpads has worn away and snapped. Clearly a defect.Other than this, I had quite a few disconnection issues which could only be fixed by unplugging and reinserting the adapter.Iâd stay away from this productâ¦

Il nâarrive plus à se connecter via le PlayStation Link, câest-à -dire la clé USB fournie avec le produit. queria unos audifonos que fueran cómodos y que se escucharan bien. Con estos audÃfonos lo he conseguido y a demás me enamoré del hecho de poder tener 2 dispositivos conectados a la vez, se agradece mucho cuando estoy jugando y me llaman a mi telefono poder hacer las dos cosas al mismo tiempo con una calidad respaldada por Sony. En su contra tengo que decir que me esperaba un audio más ecualÃzado o similar al de audÃfonos de la misma marca pero sin embargo su sonido es muy plano, OJO algo que agradezco a demás de su audio espacial es que su sonido es muy nÃtido y sin exagerar explosiones o algún otro efecto de sonido.
