Fantastic sound quality and noise canceling capabilities on a budget
I purchased this model of headphones after previously trying out the PowerLocus “Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Stereo Foldable Headphones, Wired Headsets Noise Cancelling with Built-in Microphone”. My mom needed a new pair of headphones so I gave her that old pair and looked for something a bit more powerful for myself.My main interest in buying these headphones was that I needed them to cancel out the noise around me. I live in a loud neighborhood with a very noisy flatmate, so I really needed something to give me a bit of peace again, especially while working from home. These MoonFly headphones took care of that problem perfectly. As soon as I put them on, everything becomes quiet and all I can hear is the music I’m listening to.There’s a noticeable difference in audio quality compared to the previous model I bought. I was really surprised by how much cleaner and crisper the audio is. Even though they’re over twice the price compared to my previous ones, I really feel like they’re much, much better and still suitable for someone who’s shopping on a budget.The design of the headphones is very sleek, and the quality of the materials is also much better. There’s a weight to them that really makes them feel like they’re sitting securely, and when you unfold them you don’t have any fear that you’ll snap them or damage them because the design elements are thick and sturdy. With the last ones I felt a bit scared sometimes to snap open them open into position but these are much stronger. The material is very soft on my ears.Regarding the Bluetooth connection, the headphones connect very quickly to the devices I use with very little delay. However, if you prefer not to use Bluetooth or are running low on battery, the headphones come with an audio cable that you can plug directly into your device so you can continue listening.Now onto the downsides. These headphones feel a bit tight on my ears, which is saying something because I have quite a small head. After wearing them for some time I feel the need to take them off and let my ears rest a bit.Additionally, the headphones offer an Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) switch to add additional sound-proofing to the audio, but in my personal experience this feature was a bit shaky. I didn’t feel it added any particular benefit, and whenever I lay down in bed with that option activated I would get a lot of feedback in my ear. However, even with ANC turned off I found the noise canceling aspect to be exceptionally efficient and enough to block out the surrounding noise.Another aspect I struggled with in both this model and the prior one is that the Bluetooth connection is becomes very shaky as soon as I step away from my computer. I don’t know if this has something to do with the layout of my house as I noticed this result with both models of headphones, but the audio would cut out and jitter as I walked around the house. I didn’t have this problem at all while the headphones were connected to my mobile phone, even as I moved around with it.One thing I haven’t managed to test properly is battery life, simply because I work full time and haven’t been able to wear them enough to see how long it lasts, but they did charge very quickly (just over an hour) and I haven’t had any problems even after a week of use. The headphones come with a product warranty anyway, and the customer service team has been incredibly friendly in all my interactions with them, so if you find yourself having any problems, be assured that you can reach out to them and they’ll solve whatever issue you may have.I really can’t recommend this product enough, and after two positive experiences with their products, I know I’ll definitely continue to buy PowerLocus headphones, not only for myself but also as gifts for my friends.

They’re great but a bit heavy
So happy I have these! I’m autistic and they really help make the world less of a noisy overwhelming place. The noise already gets a little muffled when you’ve put them on and the noise cancelling defiantly seems to make everything a lot more quiet. I’m glad that you can turn the noise cancelling on and off, I will say that you defiantly get quite used to it so prepared for everything to sound louder when you take them off. They are rather heavy and my head will start aching after wearing them for a few minutes. The eco leather is soft and does make them quite comfortable if you disregard their weight. They look a little odd as they stick out but I don’t mind. I also find it hard to put them back in the case and something always seems to be trying to stick out a bit.The charge seems to last a while but I tend to charge them for a bit when I get home from work. I did have some trouble when I tried to turn them on for the first time, the on and off button on mine was not the one labelled on the instruction manual, but after fiddling with the buttons I found that it was the multi function one (I think that’s what it’s called) that turned them on. The buttons are at the back so you have to feel for them or take the headphones off, but because they have different textures it’s easy to tell which button is which.The sound quality is really good for the price, I didn’t expect it to be as good because even though they’re still a bit expensive they are rather cheep when it comes to noise cancelling headphones. I’m not the keenest that it amplifies the bass as I know that it can take a long time and a lot of work to get the mix right and I don’t like how that gets messed with a bit, I feel like it can put the music off balance a little.

Very good quality

I had ordered another model but same brand of headphones for my kids. I must say, I am impressed. When checking out the product online, I had thought it would be made of plastic. Upon opening the package, they felt heavier and they seem to be of good robust quality.It was very easy to connect it to my devices (laptop and phone). The sound is outstanding. Controls on the headset was straightforward and very easy to use. I love the Active Noise Cancellation control, there is distinct difference from when it is on and off.My only issue with the headphones is that there is no power button. I understand that it automatically shuts off when it is not connected to any device. However, if it is paired with all my devices and if one of these devices are on, then it will not turn off unless I disable Bluetooth on that device.
