This is then placed against a specific part of the body, such as the lower back, trunk or neck, depending on the specific exercise. The Biofeedback Stabiliser helps by giving visual feedback that lets the user know whether they are using the correct technique. With the correct technique the pressure reading on the dial changes, depending on the exercise the person is doing. The dial provides visual feedback and significantly improves the quality of the contraction of specific muscles during back exercises and neck exercises. By improving these postural or ‘core stability’ muscles, spinal stability is greatly improved. Research has proved that this is very effective in the treatment of back pain in conditions such as Slipped Disc or Sciatica. Rubbish quality
Took the risk having read the reviews and it started leaking air within a couple of days, absolutely hopeless. Supposed to help my daughter recover from a back problem and have had to buy an alternative. The seams that divide the pillow sections are really poor quality. Looks like the heat seals have caused weaknesses in the material. Terrible design and quality. Don’t take the risk like I did.

Still going after over years
Having this is like having a (very cheap) personal trainer. I used it to make sure my core is engaged during exercise and it does not let me get away with anything! I bought it in September 2016 and it is still used most days with me lying with it under my waist and lower back. My physio advised it and it was certainly money very well spent. The price has stayed the same as well so maybe I should bye another before the price goes up.

Absolutely no instructions
I am very upset with the order as there is absolutely no instructions for the stabilizer. I went to the company’s website, but even there there is no description and no instructions on how to properly use the stabilizer and for what exercises to use it.

Good while it worked
Ordered this product after advice from my physio. It did help me apply pressure while doing my exercises but the product stopped working after two months. Not what I was expecting.

Es como una imitación del original y aún asà no tiene nada que envidiar a un precio muy inferior. Lo llevo usando en mi clÃnica de masaje desde hace 6 meses y no me ha fallado ni una vez.

Bin vom Produkt enttäuscht, da es bereits nach 3 1/2 Monaten nicht mehr dicht ist. Die Undichtheit ist direkt vom Ãbergang des Schlauches in den Balg. Rate vom Kauf ab, da ich sehr sorgfältig damit umgegangen bin. Das Gerät sollte mindestens 2 Jahre halten, da ich es nur sehr wenig verwendet habe.
