I’ve been searching for a way to feel more present and connected during my numerous Zoom and conference calls, and the iContact camera has absolutely delivered! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the simple and intuitive setup. Seriously, it was plug-and-play in the truest sense of the word. Within minutes, I had it connected and was ready to go. No complicated drivers or frustrating software installations â a huge win for someone like me who just wants things to work seamlessly.The video quality is also excellent â clear, crisp, and with good color reproduction. I’ve received compliments on how clear I look, which is always a nice bonus. While the improved eye contact is the standout feature, the solid video performance definitely adds to the overall positive experience.

So far it’s okay. Four starts because it works well, but not five stars because I’m not as impressed with what thought would be good HD quality. The iContact control app has functions that don’t seem to work. I have a very high end PC with NVIDIA GPU and very fast AMD CPU, yet some functions don’t seem to work at all. The app also keeps asking me to update to a newer version even though I have that “newer” version already installed.

I strongly recommend reading reviews before purchasing this product. Unfortunately, this has been one of my worst purchases on Amazon.1. The camera arrived in an open, dirty box â definitely not new.2. There is visible dust under the lens, which affects image quality.3. It doesn’t work with Google Meet or Zoom â the camera simply doesn’t display anything.4. The software constantly prompts for an update, but nothing happens when I click it.5. Overall, very dissatisfied with this product. Feels like a cheap piece of plastic with no proper quality control.
