It does the job and it looks good
I’m happy with this thermostat. I replaced a previous model of the same brand for my kitchen UFH system. The previous version didn’t support Wi-Fi and didn’t have an app, so I was never adjusting the settings. The app for this model is not too sophisticated but it does what I need. I’m fiding myself especially using Holiday mode when I’m away. I’d recommend the thermostat.

Faulty
Bought from Amazon as refurbished but not sure if it ever was tested as no electric power was being sent to the electric mat from the unit. A 5 year old could have tested and saw this..!!

Very good on its own, and with Google Home
I have a UFH. It works very well. You can programme it. Access it any time. And I connected it to Google Home to be able to use voice commands and it works very well. So well done.ps. I noticed a lot of comments struggling with connecting it to Google Home. Go to Google Home -> Add Device -> Choose “Smart Life” and follow the instructions there.

Very poor LCD display and not always visible
Very poor display… it’s not visible until you press a button, and even then it is a very poor display.. It’s nothing like the product photograph, so this is a clear misrepresentation. No-one would buy one if they showed the real display.I ordered this to replace the existing underfloor heating controller which is always clearly visible with an always-on dim backlight. I regularly glance at the controller to check the temperature is correct as programmed. With this new wi-fi controller I need to firstly press a button to switch on the backlight, and then squint to check the reading. Not fit for my purpose.

The thermostat supplied is for water underfloor heating systems not electric
Although advertised as the thermostat for the Prowarm electric underfloor heating systems this was the version for their water systems. Blue colour on box and instructions are the identifying mark for water systems should have been red for electric. Useless for an electric mats – returned.

Not worth the money
Difficult to configure both, thermostat and app, not worth this money, I bought it directly from seller’s website and paid over £100, I feel I’ve been ripped off
