Good performer for a good price.
This watch is clearly aimed at those who would love to own an Apple Watch but are either too young or unable to afford or justify the high price tag such a watch commands.This looks like the Apple equivalent, but clearly at this price point it comes nowhere to it in terms of build quality, usability & functionality, although it still represents good value.It does A LOT, it has a responsive touch screen, menus are quick and snappy, the colour is lovely and it feels well made.The little magnetic charging plug snaps to the back of the watch confidently for charging, and although low resolution, the screen is perfectly fine for the intended market.You can do a lot of customisations from the watch itself, however itâs better to use the app. for this. In any case without the app. the watch wonât sync and display the correct time etc. so you need to do this first. Thankfully itâs really easy and the watch syncs no problem with your phone when installed.One thing I was a little disappointed with was the wheel on the side of the watch face. While you can press it to select functions, the watch does absolutely nothing when you roll it.I thought you could scroll through menus etc. but no matter what screen I was on the wheel did nothing when you used it. So it would appear itâs only there to look like the more expensive Apple offering and has no functionality benefits over a standard small button.This will be used by my 11-year-old daughter, whose stepping up from one of the basic fitness bands. With her now playing football and running around a lot more, this will provide her with a wealth of information that she never had before.I like it and think it looks good. Only the wearer will ever know it’s not the ‘real deal’ and it will do everything you need it to do for a fraction of the price.

Overall, I am quite happy with this smartwatch for my 7-year-old son. There are a lot of excellent features that encourage him to stay active and be more aware of his daily step count and sports activities. The app connectivity also gives me peace of mind to keep track of his location and contacts.On the positive side, there is a wide variety of sports modes to keep him engaged – he loves trying out all the different activities to see the data tracked. The touchscreen display is clear and responsive, making it easy for him to navigate. The watch face customization is also fun for him to personalize. Battery life lasts nearly a week, even with frequent use for games and apps, meaning constant recharging isnât an issue. All the child safety features like location tracking and contacts give me assurance that he can explore while staying connected.A couple of drawbacks are that the app is a bit buggy at times – steps donât always sync accurately or the connection drops. As heâs still young, he finds some of the messaging and SNS app alerts overwhelming when he gets a bunch at once. The band is also a bit large for his wrist which affects the heart rate tracking.Considering the educational benefits, activity encouragement, and safety features, I do think the pros outweigh these couple of cons. Once sized appropriately and with a few app adjustments, I suspect the functionality will improve even more. For his first smartwatch introduction, seeing his interest and engagement with being more active makes this a worthwhile investment at this affordable price point. I would recommend this for parents looking for a kid-friendly wearable. Some supervision is still required given his age, but weâve both enjoyed learning to use this tech together.

Stopped working after one month
The watch was great…. For about one month and then stopped working. As I was outside the 28 day period, I had to contact the seller directly. I sent 2 emails but had no reply. If you buy this product please be aware it is not very reliable and my understanding is that it only has a 28 day guarantee. Luckily, Amazon were very helpful and have agreed to refund the money if I return the watch to them.

Good battery life
My child enjoys wearing this smartwatch! It has a surprising number of functions for a kid’s watch, and the ability to track various sports activities is a fun addition for active kids. The screen is bright and clear, and the battery life has been decent.

Disappointed with Product. Battery barely lasts a day. Charging the watch is not simple as the charger will not stay in place unless positioned with several props.Amazon.ie failing to deliver yet again
