Great item fit’s Great superb image qualityand no stitching lines i tried the stick on lensnot good image quality poor and did not fit right and had black line in 360 mode

Good value
The glass feels and sounds more like plastic, I suppose time will tell. Itâs very to easy to fit and I used a hair dryer to get my old glass lense covers off with no hassle or residue left on the unit. Clips on and off very easily but is secure once on. It weighs pretty much nothing which was a concern I had buying it. No issues with stitch line on 360 videos or photos. Itâs worth money as far as I can see, but I do have concerns the glass is actually plastic.

Donât even bother trying it, unless you hate video quality.
As you can see from the video the stitching is incredibly distorted (this is with the lens setting on, itâs worse with it off!) .Nothing more to say product is not fit for purpose unless you intend to use your 360 cam via a single lens. But then you have the wrong camera for your purpose.1 star for fitment which I cannot fault brilliant.

bought this after reading all of the reviews. i use my camera on my off road motorbike, and it has coped well with cold, damp, rain, mud and a bit too much falling off with no adverse effects at all (if you don’t count the embarrassment of me falling off on camera!)essential if you want to protect the lenses on the insta360 x3.

This works great as an alternative to the stick on protectors, there’s two versions of these one with glass and other pc poly carbonate.Glass one is better, these lenses don’t seem to have a no coating so do add some reflections when pointed at bright light source, but due to the design can be easily removed.Other flaws are it covers the charging port and rubber lens case doesn’t fit.Even with these flaws it’s essential for the x3.

Some splicing issues – Better protection than nothing at all.
There is no natural protection for the lenses on the Insta360 X3. You can purchase stick on lense covers but they are not so well reviewed. This was a less permanent way of protecting the Insta360 X3 lenses and are easy to take on and off. But they have some splicing distortion when the camera is filming in 360 mode. You get a fuzzy line in the footage.

Havenât dropped my camera yet (touch wood) and so cannot comment on the protection but it seems okay so far and if I dropped it Iâd be confident it wouldnât damage the lens.Definitely not waterproof though, gets filled up instantly and you need to take it off while underwater which isnât much of an issue for me but you lose some protection there. The native Insta360 Lenses all have the same issue so the fact this one can be removed easily itâs better in my eyes anyway.I got my first X3 and dropped it a week after having it and broke the lens, terrible experience and wouldnât wish it upon anyone for such an expensive camera, if you canât afford a lens protector yet do not use the camera until you can, not worth the risk – even if your a careful person.

Die original Abdeckung ist sehr gut. Das Teil braucht man nicht wirklich ?! (Keine Ahnung.)Es lässt sich aber sehr gut anlegen und ist sehr gut verarbeitet.

Effectivement lâimage rend moins bien au soleil, les rayons accentuent la séparation entre la lentille et la protection. Oui câest du plastique. Mais bonne alternative aux protections collantes.
