Nice quality apart from remote
On holiday my remote fell off the stick and broke so no longer works so gutted i stick is now pointless very upset think the magnet is not as good as it should be for the remote that 3o odd pounds down the drain very gutted as feel would have made good use out of this.orginally i gave 3 stars based on look and how it was made but simply as i never got to test out product due to issue have bumped to 4 stars just based on customer service. Will bump again once i can confirm product does what i neeed.Update: impressed with Customer service, they reached out to me and discover i had paid for a new remote and offered to refund the purchase of the remote and continue to improve on product features. This is a good sign of things to come if they do improve on gadgets and good price i will continue to be a constant customer.

Best gimbal/selfie-stick I’ve ever used
There are a lot of complex and feature-rich gimbals available in the market today – this is not one of them. If your primary goal however is to carry a simple device that will let you click photos and videos as well as those hard to get group selfies, this is the device for you. Having used a couple of 3-axis gimbals in the past, I found that carrying them around was a chore and I never quite got much use out of them. This gimbal/selfie-stick has just enough features to make it a perfect companion on your vacations. The stick extends quite a bit a enables some really tough to get selfies thanks to the single-axis stabilization.The detachable remote is absolutely great, but is also the reason for the only gripe I have for this product. The magnet which keeps the remote in place isn’t quite strong and that results in the remote simply falling off in certain conditions (doesn’t happen when the gimbal is folded up). I feel like it would have been better to have the remote slot into place, rather than have it be held up by a weak magnet.Highly recommend this device for anyone who is just looking to capture photos or simple video on their trips.

First off I liked this gimbal when I opened it, it had everything I was needing in a gimbal, and it wasn’t expensive. However! The battery didn’t last long at all and even after a full charge, the gimbal would turn off after about 10 mins.I’ve sent it back for a refund and just invested in a more expensive one. But I am gutted that this one didn’t work.

So very disappointed!!Initial thoughts were that It arrived very well packaged and look excellent value for money. It felt rather weighty and looked well made, it even came with a small travel bag. After reading the instructions, I was excited to see it workedâ¦. But it didnât, it simply wouldnât rotate, no automation at all. I immediately contacted Amazon to request a replacement but was instructed to return the item for a refund and then re-purchase the item. Thatâs fine, but first I had to purchase a parcel return box which cost £5 and arrange collection from Royal Mail (I have to be available for collection during a 48 hour window). Completely unacceptable to receive a faulty item and then expect to be out of pocket to return the item.

This is a very well made and well priced piece of kit. Sadly the remote control would not link to my phone via Bluetooth. I checked with the UK distributers and they confirmed that it will not work with a Samsung Galaxy A-10 phone. I have had to return it.
