Excellent albeit a bit confusing at start to setup
Excellent product and was delivered ahead of schedule. Worked as expected and basically using my Echo Plus Routines as the main way to control my existing Hive as well as 5 of these TRV’s and works really well. As already stated you will need a Zigbee Hub if you dont already have one but can get on Amazon for about £20. PAring with the hub very easy and all TRVs controllable via the free Smartlife app or via Alexa Echo. Would recommend as a way to manage your heating bills by controlling how much of the house you heat up rather than warm rooms no one is really in from time to time.

The thread on the collar of the valve did not screw down onto the radiator valve and was therefore totally useless. Not worth 1 star really.

Great little thermostats and great customer service!
I purchased these thermostats in 2022 and since then all my radiators have kept each room at the desired temperature easily. They were easy to fit, connect with the app very easy to control and I have also integrated them with home assistant for more control such as to turn on the heating when one or more rooms need heating but keep the radiators off in the rooms that are warm enough already. I’ve been able to use the temperature sensor in each of them to monitor the temperature in each room easily too.Unfortunately this year I encountered an issue where one of the valves wasn’t working properly, I inspected it and it turned out that it was broken the connector to the radiator. I contacted customer service and after showing them a picture of the broken part they immediately dispatched a replacement part and now it’s fully functional again and I’m very happy. It’s good to see a seller that looks after their customers.

Huge wait on delivery
Product is fine but 6 weeks to deliver is too long.

It does not have an effective gateway and is very difficult to set.
I have superfast broadband across the whole house with a deco system but the gateway did not connect with my WiFi even when it was beside the router. The connection is 2.4 only and some of my WiFi is 5.0 so probably will not work across a big area. I downloaded the smartlife app but it could not identify a unit – also no mention of how to put the valve in pairing mode for Bluetooth connection. It also arrived 2 days late and I to cancel a plumber who was going to set them up. Waste of time, I have returned them back to China but I had to pay for the tracked postage – not sure how long it will take to get the refund. Avoid anything with a long delivery date – pay a bit more for a known brand. I am getting them delivered tomorrow!

Works perfect
Easy to install – just be sure to pick the correct, included, adapter for your radiator. I would recommend buying a Zigbee gateway as it will make using the valves easier – as it can be done through the app. Once set up, very easy to use. Set temperature manually or program the valve to work automatically. Can control temp from your phone. REMEMBER: to control valve from your phone (Smart Life app) you need a Zigbee gateway.

Le ho installate in un ambiente senza coronotermostato. Molto semplici da installare, ho usato l’app per gestire le programmazioni. davvero molto belle, consiglio.

TodavÃa no he comprobado la duración de las pilas.Por lo demás, enlaza inmediatamente con el coordinador de sonoff dongle plus 3.0.Utilizado en la aplicación Home Assistant, la integración desde zigbee2mqtt fué instantánea.No puedo dar una valoración completa si no es hasta dentro de varios meses despùés de que esté en funcionamiento.De momento, buen material.

Habe 10 dieser Regler im Einsatz. Ja die Bedienung am Gerät mag etwas holprig sein, ich nutze Sie aber an einem Zigbee Stick mit dem Home Assistant – Preis Leistung ist gut.Nach 6 Monaten konnte einer der Regler nicht mehr schlieÃen. Habe innerhalb von 7 Tage ohne Umstände Ersatz bekommen. 1A Service. Sowas findet man echt selten.
