How does the smart lock work?
It controls spindle turning. The handle prevents latch movement. Activation via fingerprint, passcode, keycard, app, or physical key allows handle engagement. Euro cylinder lock removal is required for installation if present below the handle.
Is it compatible with my door?
It will fits 99% of spindle-based doors, including composite, wooden, aluminum, and UPVC. Compatible with multipoint, lift-to-lock, and euro cylinder locks. It suits 35-65mm doors; for thicker doors, extra-long options are available.
Do I need to change my mortice inside my door?
Installing our smart lock is hassle-free. No need to modify the mortice; simply install it yourself in under 15 minutes, no expert skills required. Just use existing drill holes, only one additional hole above the mortice is needed for cable passage.
What happens when the lock is out of battery?
Our smart lock uses 4x AA batteries. Depending on how often you use it, good batteries can last up to 2 years. Low battery reminder provided. Use physical key or power bank with USB C cable if batteries die completely.
Do I need the Quoya Gateway Hub?
No, you don’t need the Quoya Gateway Hub for the lock to work properly. You can use the lock’s features like passcode, fingerprint, keycard, and app without it. The gateway is only needed if you want to control the lock remotely through the app.

Having this smart lock has been a game changer because I rarely need to carry a bag now that I can do everything on my phone or watch. Really good that I can unlock using different ways but mainly itâs been fingerprint. So far itâs been waterproof but need wetter weather to test properly. Would highly recommend if youâre looking for a smart lock system.

Best decision I ever made
I obviously had to have a locksmith dealing with the is as I am no use when it comes to DIY doors n locks etc. Our local locksmith was absolutely amazing. The product was his recommendation and didnât take him more than an hour to finish the setup.Since October 31st installation date I haven no issues what so ever. Does as it should without hesitation.I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is into high tech and even those who isnât.I will never go back to standard door handles.

Great product if your using code or rfid tags, the fingerprint sensor works but can be a bit temperamental especially if it’s raining so I gave up on the fingerprint part as it’s easier and more reliable using rfid tags.Only issue I have had is the switch on the back where you flick it and it will say “door unlocked” but the door is actually not unlocked. I will contact customer service about thisâââââAlso be aware that this lock would be suitable for a porch and not your main door lock. Home insurance won’t cover you as you remove the lock barrel and the lock is purely locked via the handle.ââUpdateââSo fitted on 10-12-23 (today’s date 29-1-24)The lock has been great and works every time on RFID. Fingerprint works but like I previously said it can be a bit temperamentalBuy yourself some rechargeable batteries. I’m down to 40/45% batteries life. I have used Tronic 2500mah batteriesBare in mind Duracell are only 2500mahTronic AA 2500mah batteries from Lidl or eBay £7-9 for 8~Ikea Ladda AA 2450mah batteries are £8 for 4 which I believe is the same battery rebrandedCheap steer clear from £1 land batteries they are approx 1050mah and will last less then a month.ââUpdatedââThe lock’s keypad plastic layer has delaminated from the keypad. This is ia issue when it rains was water gets in and simulates a keypad press. The lock will announce failed over and over again and also notify you in the app (if you have the BT adapter + app) every time it has failed (when it was raining) I got 96 notification.Personally I would say this is a common issue as I have 2 of these locks 1 on the front door and 1 on the back door and both of the lock’s keypad has delaminated.personally I would say this has happened because the plastic lamination on the keypad is not suitable for UV. the lock was fitted December 2023 it’s now October 2024. the lock worked fine till the end of summer and this is when I have started to have issuesI tried to contact Amazon about this issue and they gave me a contact number. I called the number and it went to voicemail mail. I left a voice mail and I have not received a call back yet (it’s been 7 days~) I will email them and see what they say.

Great product
So glad I found this product. The amount of times Iâve forgotten my keys or couldnât find it in my bag when trying to open the door. Itâs so handy that I can just use my fingerprint and it opens so quickly or I can use the keypad just as quick. Im so pleased, it saves so much time now and I donât have to worry about my keys when Iâm going in and out. It was so easy to install as well with the installation videos. Would love to see it in different colours however so I can match all my doors!

Ich habe das Türschloss für die Hoftür gekauft und installiert. Bei der Hoftür handelt es sich um einen verzinkten Stahlrahmen mit Füllung. Die Installationsanleitung ist in vielen Videos gut erklärt und selbst ich, der kein Englisch versteht kam damit klar. Für mich macht das Türschloss einen guten wertigen Eindruck. Die Qualität ist gut und wer irgendwo illegal rein will, der knackt jedes Schloss. Die Installation hat gut funktioniert wobei bei der Verkabelung ein zusätzliches Loch in die Tür gebohrt werden muss und wer die Kabelverlängerung nutzen muss hat ganz schön zu fummeln den Stecker zu integrieren. Bei mir konnte ich das ganze im Stahlrahmen verschwinden lassen. Es ist viel Zubehör dabei um unterschiedliche Türstärken zu bedienen. Alles im Allem hat die Installation gut geklappt. Meine Empfehlung, bevor man mit der Installation beginnt sollte unbedingt geprüft werden ob das Schloss auch passt ( bevor das zusätzliche Loch gebohrt wird). Die Einrichtung des Türschloss habe ich bei mir über die App Smart Live gemacht und das hat auf Anhieb geklappt. In der App kann dann auch alles eingestellt und die Nutzer angemeldet werden. Das Schloss lässt sich per Fingerabdruck, Zahlencode, Riff Schlüssel, Schlüssel und in der App öffnen. Das Schloss ist nur geeignet die Tür zu öffnen, in Europa geht es leider nicht die Tür damit noch zusätzlich zu verschlieÃen! Insgesamt funktionieren alle Ãffnungsmechanismen gut und in der App kann nachverfolgt werden wer wann das Schloss aktiviert hat. Insgesamt für mich ein guter Kauf.

Habe mir diese Schloà für meine Kellertür gekauft.- alle anleitungen nur auf Englisch und über video vorhenaden- die Kabel Verlegung könnte besser gelöst sein im Gerät- Wirkt nicht sehr Stabil aber für mich im Keller ok .+Funktioniert Top+ Fingerprint /Schlüssel/ Key viele möglichleiten+Sieht Top aus siehe Bilder vorher NachherWürde ich nochmals kaufen
