Flies well and a fairly good package. Poor range
This should actually be a fairly decent drone for the price. It’s a starter drone, so doesn’t fall in the same class as more expensive branded ones, but does have 2 batteries, brushless motors, etc.The range of 30 metres is the let down on this. That’s hardly any distance, considering you can legally fly to 120m. It’s ok for learning the basics, but isn’t anywhere near the legal 500m that can be flown (line of sight).My drone seems to have a slight issue with the left front motor too. On a couple of occasions it wouldn’t start and the first time I tried to take off, it flipped over due to this more. As such, this is why I’ve dropped another star (the first being due to the poor range).I’ve tested the camera with the dedicated app and it’s actually not too bad.The transmitter controls well, although I did encounter a couple of occasions when it wouldn’t respond as quick as it should have. Again, this might be down to the one faulty / sticking motor.When flying, it worked fairly well, as my video shows (after having to start and unlock it a couple of times until the faulty motor started up).Hopefully my faulty motor was a one off. If it wasn’t for this, I’d have given 4 / 4.5 stars for the quality etc.
