Top quality budget LED lights
Fantastic product! I did quite a bit of research before buying, as I wanted an RGBWW light strip for my kitchen cabinets. Iâm delighted with theseâtheyâre infinitely customizable, simple to install, and easily connect to the app. Excellent value at a fraction of the price of more mainstream brands.

Easy to set up and control
Plugged it in, downloaded the app, connected to WiFi. Asks do you want to connect to Alexa and then opened the Alexa app. Took me a little while to set up a group on the Alexa app as the device I wanted to use it with was originally set up in my sons old house, but after a quick reset I managed it just fine. Add the lightbulb and echo dot to a group and can now turn the light on and off with a simple request. Can also set it to auto come on/turn off at dusk and dawn so if youâre away or working then this would be great for added security.
You can change the colours and the brightness, thereâs a daylight option and you can have it set to warm white or cool white. This can all be done in either the Alexa app or the Refoss app. Tried to dim the lights with Alexa voice control but it didnât really work.
Only bought the 1 to try but will be updating all the lightbulbs around the house as I have kids and they love turning lights on yet havenât mastered that the switch turns off too!

Very useful, though installation could be easier
This one is great, but how difficult installation will be really depends on your WiFi settings prior to getting it. Make sure that your internet provider offers you 2.4 GHz WiFi, otherwise the smart bulb won’t work. If you have 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz combined frequencies you can split them and connect the smart bulb to the 2.4 frequency, but how difficult will it be will also depend on your internet provider. Other than that, installation is pretty simple, but take all that into account!

Best smart bulbs I’ve ever purchased
We have just upgraded to fibre on our broadband. The only problem was the smart bulbs we already had refused to connect to the router. I spent days trying to get the dam things to work the annoying thing was that our Alexa could see them but we couldn’t get the app to install them so they could be operated. After 2 weeks of not having the smart bulbs I giving in and looked at getting replacements.
I came across this brand and on reading the reviews decide to give these ago.
Setup was quick and easy I was even able to link Alexa in the app which meant as soon as it was paired Alexa also found it.
I can highly recommend these bulbs they are the quickest easiest bulbs I’ve even used.

I expected more colour.
My biggest issue would probably be the range of colour, as an LED lightbulb I would expect it to match more realistically to the colour wheel in-app.
Linked to Google, it does not work very well as a soft wakeup (sunrise) light.
Does not work with If This Then That ITTT.
But for the price I guess I am happy, when it’s connected to wifi and the power is on, it will happily work via the app.

Grey sludge light. With terrible white options
Not only does the app totally suck, dreadful connection, awful installation. The colour wheel is 50% green!!! With about 5% white to warm options. It only wants to give out cold lights with the max warmth going to 3000k at best. Or you have choose bright neon pink or red. The app is totally unresponsive. Sending it back. Dreadful product. Have bought Tapo instead and a billions times better. Donât waste your money.
