I was trying to pair a subwoofer with the other one (not sure of technical name) when I discovered that the remote had done one – I can only imagine this time it made it to freedom as it never turned up. Anyway… couldn’t pair as a result. Ordered this and we are now back in business.Good product and works perfectly.

A fraction of the cost of the genuine one but it works just as well as. You donât even need to link it up, it works straight away! Obviously after putting two AAA batteries in!

Lost the remote, maybe the sofa ate it. Anyway only option was to buy a replacement and this one is exactly the same as the lost one. Sometimes I even forgot I lost it. Not much to say, same as the original.

Faulty Control
The RMT300U was fitted with two new batteries however the remote would not work. Faulty item and requires replacing with a remote that functions.Process for the return of delivered faulty unit not commenced.
