Works perfectly and was easy to setup.I’d lost my original remote so I couldn’t access my fire cube menu to add the new remote. A quick online search led me to an amazon app to use my android phone as a remote to complete the setup. This isn’t a genuine amazon remote, but it’s as strong and well built as the original, at a fraction of the price. I’m very happy ð

Easy to pair, worked perfectly straight out of the box. You need your own batteries so make sure and order them as well so you can get started straight away.

I fixed the volume, and I liked it.
At first, I thought the remote was faulty because Power and Volume didnât work. But I figured out the manual setup â hereâs how I did it:Place this remote and a working TV remote face-to-face on a flat surface.Hold OK + Power on this remote until the light flashes red 3 times.Quickly press OK + Power on the working remote.Repeat the process for Volume Up and then repeat *separately* for Volume Down.(Mute didnât work for me, but everything else is fine.)Youâll need a working remote (my old Fire TV remote didnât work, but my Samsung TV did).I love the EPG, but it misses Ch5Once I’d set up the volume and power, the remote works great.So I made Custom button 1 Sky News and Custom 2 the missing Ch5.Hope this helps!

Sadly buttons don’t always work
Easy set up with good instruction leaflet. Sadly all the left hand buttons are hard to press and don’t work sometimes. Too late to return it. Can’t recommend.
