I ordered this item as I have started a new job which involves lots of lifting and bending and my lower back was suffering. Itâs so handy to be able to strap to your back and be able to get on with things . Better than a bag of peas in a t towel anyway lol . I have this permanently in the freezer for the days when I have a twinge . Also can use on shoulders and upper back too . Highly recommended

Received this today and is a great size for me. I’m 5’9 with a bit of chunk on me. The strap fits round me fine and pack cools really well in freezer. Numbed me nicely!

Itâs well made but sales pitch in advert misleading. For 15 to 20 mins application from a frozen solid bag – the instructions state 6 hours in freezer – or for 10 minute application as chilled but liquid application 2 to 3 hours. Better with a bag of peas or crushed ice in a plastic bag perhaps ! I returned this for refund- would not have bought had times been published- cannot be used as heat treatment either – only as a freezer application to reduce swelling – not for me thanks

Came the next day with Prime when desperately needed. The pad is large and covers much of my lower back. The velcro strap is big enough for a man with a 42 inch waist. This is helpful for walking and doing tasks but does not pull the ice pack into full contact with your back. Best icing is in a chair or driving.

Love that it maintains coolness for an appropriate amount of time. Great for soothing muscles or sensitive skin. Great that there is a strap to help maintain position. Keep it in the freezer so it is always ready when required. Use this regularly & very happy with the performance.
