An Absolute Must-Have
I have been looking for a fan like this for some time but found them to be too expensive. I was really pleased to see the price of this fan is £99.99 at the time of review, which is much cheaper than many others.It was delivered in quite a large box but inside that, it comes in a branded Russell Hobbs box and is packed well in corrugated cardboard and comes with easy to follow instructions.There are lots of different modes available-you can turn the fan to its highest setting and there is a higher (HH) setting still.The oscillation is great and copes well in a medium sized room. It comes with a remote control so you can adjust the fan to your preferred settings without having to go over and adjust the unit.The selection of lights is a nice added touch and the gradient of light can be adjusted to suit the room. My husband is not a fan of the light but I really like that feature-it is not essential to turn it on though so just a nice added extra.The fan also heats so can be used for hot and cold. I find the cold setting more effective than the heat setting personally.There is a sleep timer and an eco mode. I have nothing but positive things to say about this unit. It is sophisticated looking and does not take up as much room as a bladed fan would. It will also gather much less dust and can be used all year round thanks to its functional settings.

It looks sleek in black and fits nicely into my room without taking up too much space. The bladeless design is a game changerâtotally safe around kids and pets, and super easy to clean. I love the range of speed settings and modesâespecially Eco and Sleep Mode, which make it perfect for both daytime use and overnight comfort. The LED display is clear and easy to read, and the remote control makes it so convenient to adjust settings without getting up. The oscillating feature helps spread the air evenly across the room, and the 8-hour timer is great for setting it and forgetting it. Looks great and very versatile fan
Iâve been using this Russell Hobbs bladeless fan for a few weeks and overall itâs been a good addition, especially heading into warmer weather. It also works as a heater, so itâll come in handy year-round.There are 9 speed settings, which gives a good range between quiet airflow and a stronger breeze. The Eco and Sleep modes help manage noise and energy use overnight, and the timer is handy if you donât want it running constantly. The LED display is clear and the remote control works well from across the room.It oscillates smoothly and the bladeless design looks neat much easier to clean than traditional fans. It doesnât take up much floor space either.The heating function takes a bit longer than a dedicated heater to warm up the room, but itâs fine for smaller spaces. A decent all-in-one option if you’re looking for something compact that can stay out year-round.

great fan – works really well
I have been using this fan for just over a week now and I love it.We have the fan in our bedroom, for a little bit of white noise but also to combat the warm nights we have been having. The noise level is decent, not too intrusive, but not silent.Build quality is excellent.This is about the size of a large table top fan, but due to the design it is far less intrusive.I like that this fan is also a heater, it heats up very quick and it is always good to have something that will heat your home just in case the heating fails.I also really love the remote control that comes with this, as it makes altering settings easy.I think this is a truly great fan, the only way I would like this more is if it connected to Alexa.

Effective, relatively quiet, and stylish fan
I love these bladeless fans. It’s a great safety feature – I’m still traumatised by seeing, as a child, a beautiful butterfly sucked in and smashed to bits by a fan – and it’s also much easier to clean than a fan with blades.In operation it’s quiet compared with many fans, and unobtrusive to have running in the background when I’m working. I don’t generally use fans in my bedroom, but I can’t imagine the sound would stop me sleeping if I did!The remote is also handy when I’m working, so I can switch it on and off without leaving my desk as well as having it placed where it’s relatively awkward to access.It’s very stylish to look at, too; and takes very little space – I have mine sitting on a floating shelf and it looks almost ornamental, fitting with the mainly black accessories in my office.No hesitation in recommending.

Stylish and quality
This is a stylish fan/heater similar in design to well-known bladeless fans. It generates good airflow without being too noisy, and on low settings, it is very quiet. It has an oscillation mode but cannot be tipped to point up or down, but I didn’t find this to be a problem.I like that it has a heating option and you can set the required temperature, which you can see on the display. It has control buttons on the unit, but it also comes with a remote control.I was very pleased with it and can recommend it.

Iâve tried inexpensive bladeless fans before, though none have been as effective as a traditional fan, the Russell Hobbs Bladeless Heat and Cool Fan is different though.The shape isnât the most attractive, but it doesnât look out of place, the shape and weight of the base allowing it to remain stable when operating.The supplied remote allows you to cycle through the available features, including all the expected options around fan strength and oscillation. Each function works well, and the build quality is good, as youâd expect from a Russell Hobbs product.The real winner for us is having a fan and heater in the one effective device. Until we tried this we would typically swap between a dedicated fan or heater throughout the year.
