Well designed layout for connectors and good controls
I liked that the connections for the two computers and for the monitor were all on the back of the device, with just mouse and keyboard connections on the front. Unlike some other products. This makes the wiring much tidier.Switching Keyboard, Mouse and HDMI monitor between two PCs is either by pressing the button on the device or by tapping the Ctrl key twice then tapping 1 or 2. I found this easy to remember and easy to use.After a week and a half of use I am very pleased with this purchase. The only shortcoming is there is no audio switching unless you have an HDMI monitor that has built in speakers or has a line-out/headphone socket.

Did not work for me.
First of all, I would like to say that Customer Support is AMAZING. They respond very quickly. Unfortunately, the product did not work with my mice (no power to them). Both were wired Razer mice (Deathadder V2 and Basilisk V2). It worked with a no name bluetooth mouse & basic Microsoft mouse, but not my main mice. The product worked well for the few seconds I used it. Works fine with a similar product that doesn’t have a hotkey swap function, so no problem with my setup.
