Amazing case, but consider the S400 model!
It was a real squeeze, but I did manage to put it together. It was all fine until I realized that the GPU specially got really warm. I noticed Corsair do Slim Case Fans and I thought perfect and managed squeeze one in. Problem is they fit at the bottom and really it could do with something to blow the heat out the top.I decided to get the S400 model because as I was looking it up, it was only like an inch taller and wider. Moved it all into this new case and it solved it from the get go. CPU is like 10 degrees cooled when idle and the GPU sticks to 30 where it should. The S400 lets you have 2 full sized fans on the top and I think that’s what the S300 needed.I gave this a 3 because the case itself is an amazing case, but I know most will look at this case first, but I recommend you consider the S400.

    Too small to be pratical
This is a great little case, its well build but badly designed. For an i3 no GPU ITX build it would be fine.I used an i7 and 3060 Ti – too hot. Temps are within range but with prolonged use (gaming) it would easily throttle. The GPU riser cable has a bend in it, meaning it curves against the GPU once installed. It get’s too hot.The GPU layout is too tight, it was horrible trying to mount it.There is no space what so ever for fans once the PSU cables are installed. This means there is zero cooling to the case at all.Highlighted in red where fans should go – no clearence under MOBO for 120mm, PSU cables take up the 80mm slot.

  4. Brandon buys weird s***

I saw one guy on youtube make a gaming pc using the S300 model. So I decided why not make a portable gaming pc that can run 1440p/4k but be easy to more and take with me on vacation.*This is for Poeole, who wants my honest opinion and review* 👇PROsCase looks nice. It’s definitely made to be discrete or for gamers who don’t like RGB lights and just want a pc that Performs. You could put in lights if you want.I was worried that the graphics card i bought wasn’t going fit, but i had good enough room to play with. Tbh, reading the GPU size is 336mm. In this case, i think and don’t Quote me, but I believe you could actually fit a RTX 3090 it about the same size. It would be tight, butYou probably could make it work.Cons.It’s not the most high-quality case. One thing i want to point out about this case i don’t like is how just to get inside. i need Screw driver instead of a finger twist screw.whoever powder coated my case forgot to spray the corners, i work at a factory where i mainly use powder coat guns, and it bad that i can say i could have done better if I work at this pc case company.I found the layout to be weird and found that fitting a 240 mm CPU cooler to be very tight but possible, and guess due to how small it is, but i would probably got with a smaller radiator or 120mm CPU water cooler. Just due to the fact that it’s a high airflow case.If you want to know what i use for my build, here’s my specs.*note* This is my first gaming pc I built on my own without needed my friend to help with other part Yes I know my wire management is Crappy look like on life support but i imagine someone with more pc building experience could probably manage the wire alot better than I.I bought an S500 model that also comes with a riser cable for graphics cards.Motherboard: Gigabyte A520I AC mini ITXAMD ryzen AM4 slotCPU: ryzen 7 3700xGPU: XFX speedster swft309 RX 6700 XT *304mm*RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPXStorage: SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TBPower supply Corsair SF850L *850W* *125mm* *130mm* 63.5mmCPU Cooling: ID-COOLING FROSTFLOW X 240mm water cooler

My first ITX build and it went pretty smoothly with this case. It comes with a Gen 3 PCI-e riser, so be sure to configure that in your BIOS to set it to Gen 3 instead of Auto/Gen 4. You can only fit a a lot profile air cooler so pay attention to that as well. No regular size air coolers or liquid coolers. Installed a 120mm x 25mm case fan on the front part of the top panel. Wanted to do the same to the back part of the top panel but the clearance height is a lot smaller so you’ll need to use a 120mm x 15mm case fan instead. Diagram says there’s room for a case fan at the bottom as well but honestly I don’t think that’s possible as you’ll need that space for the cables. But otherwise it’s a great case that’s smaller than the size of a shoebox. Top handle is nice but I don’t think I’ll be using that only when carrying the unit around – will put it into a bag or support the bottom.

This case does exactly what it is supposed to do. The materials feel high quality and it came well packed with nice soft foam protecting it inside the box. The steel might feel just a little thin on the side panels, but not any kind of problem and that helps keep this a bit lighter since it is supposed to be prtable tih the handle on top. The front panel cables for USB connections were actually much better quality than many much more expensive cases I have used. Very high quality and flexible and easy to use. Everything is finished nicely and there are no sharp edges or anything like that. The handle feels nice and sturdy, and I love that I can fit a full-size air cooler in this case. I have this setup with a 13600K, Deepcool AK620 air cooler, an ASUS Dual RTX 4070 GPU, and a Corsair SF600 PSU. It’s the perfect portable rig !!Air flow is just fine. Setting it up with 2 exhaust fans (one slim 120mm on top and a 92mm in the rear and its plenty to keep air moving inside the case and everything running cool. The GPU has plenty of access to fresh air thru the well-ventilated case bottom. It was extremely easy to work in, with the one piece of advice I have for building in this case being…. Make sure that you hook up all wires and cables at the top of the motherboard BEFORE you install the CPU cooler. If you are using a large air cooler, once it’s installed getting to those connections on top is basically impossible. Also, there isn’t a ton of room behind the motherboard for cable mess, but this case doesn’t have a side window anyway so stuffing excess cables neatly below the PSU was not a problem. You can’t see any of it once the case is closed.
