It just feels nice & solid
It’s a nice solid thingy from a company with an actual name. Used it with a full sized SD and micro SD cards, and it works out of the box fine with Linux – each slot shows up as a separate device (/dev/sda and /dev/sdb in my case)

What can I say 5 stars is a simple answer! However if people want to know more, I have used both Micro SD card slot & SD card slot with USB 3 & USB C with no problems just make sure you eject the connected device after transferring as don’t want to cause any issues. I have tried multiple cards even SD adapters with no issues. Worth the price and hassle free experience.

Before writing a review I make sure I’ve used the equipment for at least several months:This device perfectly with all my hardware from Samsung Galaxy phones to PC’s & laptops. It’s also great for speedy transfers providing your SD cards and/or PC/laptop/phone/device have fast enough USB ports.I must add that I’m a professional photographer & camera operator meaning I’m very paranoid about the hardware I insert my memory cards. A cheap device can wipe or damage your SD cards. Some might be asking; why would I use any form of SD Card as a professional? I use them for action cameras. Yes, in the office I use a very expensive adaptors. However, when I’m shooting in the field I occasionally view content on other devices or send content to my phone in order to upload to the cloud for security.

Te deja usar una microsd y una sd simultaneamente (te aparecen 2 dispositivos en la PC si usas ambas ranuras). Las velocidades de momento me parecen aceptables pero depende también de la memoria que le metas.

Precis rätt produkt för rätt pris. Har dock inte mätt raw speed så kan bara säga att den är snabbare än USB 2.0.

I’ve always had to get a USB to USB-C adapter for my old SD card reader, but now this reader solves all my problems. It has a nice build quality, and I think the outer shell is aluminum. The read speeds are also fast. I use it a lot for my micro SD cards between my PC and my phone. Sometimes the SD cards are great to have instead of multiple USBs if you need a lot of bootable OSes like me.
