Amazing piece of technology for the money
I wanted something to count the steps, heart beat, SPO2 (blood oxygen %), monitor sleep and do the usual things like telling the time, date etc. This watch does all that and so much more, and in my opinion is an amazing amount of tech for the money. It also looks good.I was a little concerned that some of the reviewers had issues with accuracy for such as steps and being unable to get the blood oxygen to work, but thought that for the money (and the warranty) it was worth a try. With regards to the steps, we have compared it to my wife’s Fitbit and it is almost identical, so maybe those people who had trouble got a faulty watch. The blood oxygen was a little tricky at first but now I’ve got it weighed up it works fine, and having compared it with my pulse oximeter (that on it’s own cost almost as much as this watch), it is accurate.With regards to battery life it will depend on how you have the display settings. I’ve set it so that it isn’t on all the time and from fully charged it is now showing 50% after three days. Obviously it will run down faster if you have the display on the time.With regards to charging, that is the one source of irritation with this item. As usual Samsung send their kit out with a USB C charger, so you need to buy a USB male to USB C female adaptor to be able to charge it in the billions of normal USB outlets. Why Samsung do this is beyond me, but don’t let it stop you buying this watch because a pack of two adaptors from Amazon is less than £3 (SNESH 2Pack USB-C Female to USB Male Adapter, USB C to USB A Adapter). It did come charged to around 65% so it wasn’t a problem, but unless you already have an adaptor I would recommend ordering one at the same time as ordering the watch. Just to be clear, the charging part that connects to the watch is a bespoke design (similar to the Fitbit charging cable) that clicks in place by magnetism, so please don’t think that you can just plug the USB end in to the watch, the USB C end is the end that you have to plug into a USB power source, hence the need for the adaptor.It doesn’t have GPS, which isn’t an issue for me, but when connected to your Samsung Phone, that does, and the vast majority of people have their phone with them at all times.If you have a Samsung phone, it has the ‘Wear’ app and the ‘Health’ app and you need to connect to that to get the best out of the watch. In fact, I may be wrong, but I can’t see how you could set it up without connecting to the Wear app. Not sure how it work with none Samsung phones, I imagine that you would have download the apps.It has loads of features and they are all subscription free. You can check your sleep patterns and so many other things that are far too many to list here. I haven’t used hardly any of the features, but there are loads of fitness work outs, and you can set targets and alarms to prompt you get up and do something.You can also personalise the displays via the app, which has lots of alternatives, and you can even set the background to a picture of your dog if you want.My wife’s Fitbit is about five years old and compared to this is like a 1980’s car compared to a Tesla, so having seen how good mine is, we ordered one for her and she loves it.We both think that this is an amazing watch, not just for the money, but because it is just so good. Especially when you don’t need a subscription to get all the features and records.

I ordered one of these after Google decided to kill my 2x month old Fitbit Sense 2 with a firmware update, and then told me they would do nothing about it since I ordered it from eBay, despite it being brand new and never used before then, and the phone I was running it from was also a Google Pixel.Instead dropping another £150+ on some Google garbage, I chose to go back to ol’ reliable, and pick up a Samsung. I honestly wish I knew about this watch before buying the Fitbit because not only would I would I be £150+ in profit, it honestly does basically everything the Fitbit does, just in a smaller package.The battery lasts about 3x days whilst in “always on” mode and the constant heartbeat monitoring activated, it takes about 25-30 minutes to charge up 50% using a power bank, it’s steps are accurate, the screen is crystal clear and the Samsung health app is so much less of a hassle than Fitbit’s.The strap it comes with isn’t great, it’s a tad uncomfortable and that loop under tail, rather than a separate ring to hold it, design is just nonsense. But like all other smartwatches, it’s not like you’re not spoiled for choice in replacing it. Get a metal strap to replace it with like a grownup, and then forgot you’re even wearing it, like you would with all other well fitted metal watch straps.Zero connection issues with the smartphone that killed my Fitbit, just have to hope Samsung doesn’t trying killing their own products anytime soon.Honestly, if you want a cheap, quality, non-intrusive fitness tracker/smartwatch, you’re not going to do any better than the Fit3.

Loads of features, good app.
This watch has all the functions that i needed. It is very good value compared to others. The battery does not last very long if used to track workouts, this maybe because the screen stays on. The phone sync for messages and calls works well and has lots of options. The app is very easy to use and has a lot of options for personalisation.

Can’t fault it – excellent product for the price!
I bought this to replace my Garmin tracker; the Garmin was not faulty, it was simply rubbish… Thankfully, this is completely the opposite.The watch face is a good size with a coloured screen. It is very easy to read and that is coming from someone whose eyesight is increasingly poor (blame the old age…).The watch was very easy to set up via the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app and is very easy to use. It has a number of different functions, far more than I will ever need to use, but useful none the less. The recording of the number of steps appears to be accurate and the vibrating alarm is very easy to set up and use. Another feature I like is the ability to change the watch face via the app so that it shows the most useful data according to the individual user. There are so many to choose from I have not even bother to count how many are available.Another useful feature is the magnetic charging cable which attaches to the watch incredibly easy (unlike my previous watch!). I don’t know how long it takes to charge as I have only had it a week and it is still on its first charge so no complaints there…Overall, this was a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a tracker with an easy to read screen.
