Couldn’t be happier – stunning kit
Amazing device – fraction of the cost with Amazon Renewed
Coming from a simpler Samsung Fit 2 this is a great upgrade as that was more a health band; albeit brilliant and a great servant for 6 years until a few weeks ago.
Interim replacement of the Fit2 i went for a Fit3, was a solid device for only £80 but a few niggles brought me back to the competitive land of Smart Watches.
I’ve had brilliant experiences with Amazon “renewed” products; Samsung S10e x2, S20 Note Ultra so buying with a fair degree of confidence; Meelie Mobile seller did NOT disappoint, and for support they’re elite too – Jamie/Stacey thank you.
I then dipped my toes into the infamous TikTok shop and tried one of their smart watches
.. for £23, and tbh was astonished and impressed, but for the lack of Health stats not being integrated with Samsung I’d’ve happily kept it. Returned
Now I’ve added this watch 5 Pro to my Samsung line-up.
I’m so happy with it.
Original box with everything in, pristine condition and hardly ANY sign of prior use… It’s perfect.
Apart from blemish free watch, unmarked strap, complete paperwork and sub 24hr delivery…. There was only a small niggle with the charger that Stacey says she’ll sort soon, you can then only look at the battery health for a full house of perfection.
It sold at the time as a monster battery upgrade on the standard Watch 5.
After initially being worried at “only” 2 days usage, Meelie reassured me and I factory reset to test again… I’m now getting 2 to 3 days with all the necessary notifications active, Bluetooth, tracked exercises, some Wi-Fi usage and blood pressure/ECG”s… And seems to be getting better every charge.
You can read the specs, but this beast is so fully featured it’s SUCH great value.
It’s basically a smartphone on a small form factor, its own PlayStore.

good watch, wrong charger
the watch was in good condition, no scratches or obvious damage, came packed in a jiffy bag in a some what squashed cardboard box, however did not come with a watch 5 charger, came with an old off brand usb-A charger that can’t do fast charging, one of the main advantahes of the 5 and above series, so is now going to take a number of hours to charge, whilst I spend another £35 on the cable so its usable, turns on tho and after an hour is now at 10% charge, soo will update later if every thing works

Very Good Watch
Keeps tabs on your steps and measures pretty accurately. Moans at you to get up and exercise in the middle of meetings. I love that it records my snoring. I worry that the blood oxygen readings are correct. The best thing ever is the way it purges water with a little spurt of air. Love that. Battery can last a day or three days if you hardly look at it at all. The chunky bezel takes a bit of getting used to but it certainly protects the face well and seems quite indestructible. Strap system takes a bit of getting used to but in the longer term will not break as easily as hole straps I feel.

Firstly I would like to point out that the actual watch itself is in very good condition, a few tiny faint surface scratches on the bezel, but well within the Amazon definition of invisible from further than 30 cm. However, having paid a premium over other sellers for a reconditioned watch in ‘excellent’ condition I was a little disappointed that instead of the magnetic Samsung D band (as shown in the advertising picture) I got a generic, very cheap and flimsy rubber strap, and also a cheap generic usb a charging puck. The charger does work but unlike the original usb c samsung charger that would have charged at 10w, the cheap usb a replacement only chargers at 5.5 to 6 w so will take around 40% longer to charge the watch.
I did not expect the watch to come in an original box, or even with the original accessories, but for £190 would have expected the replacement parts to be of an equivelent (after all Amazon itself sells compatible usb c fast chargers, and magnetic D band straps for considerably less than the OEM Samsung ones.
As the watch itself is in good condition and (at least for the 24 hours I have owned it) works as it should, I will purchase the band and charger from Amazon (although these purchases start pushing the overall price closer to the £279 price at which the watch is being sold brand new).
In summary, so far, happy with the watch itself, but disappointed at the cheap generic accessories. I am aware that Amazon does state may not come with the originals, but at least replace them with the equivalent parts as these do not appear to cost much more than the basic ones I received with the watch, or at least make the description of the watch more accurate so you know exactly what you are getting for your money.

A nightmare
It was a nightmare to connect it to my Galaxy Note20 Ultra, I have spent 3 days trying all troubleshooting steps, Samsung technical support could not get it connected after spending an hour with remote access. Has to returned.

Great Piece of Tech.
Had the eqatch for a couple if weeks now and quite like it.
Turned up in a ‘box’ envelope.
Contents were the watch body, 2 straps and a USB-C cable.
Fitted the straps easily and adjusted to wrist.
Then update the watch and set-up everything you need.
A nice watch with a quality feel, interface works really quickly and smoothly.
Battery is currently lasting me around 2 days before needing a recharge at around 10-15%, this will probably change depending how much I interact with it.
I’d recommend it to friends and family, especially at the price I got it for.
