Habe mir den ScanSnap ix2500 kurz nach Release gekauft, um das Scannen von Unterlagen deutlich zu vereinfachen und nicht mehr wie bisher auf das Handy zurückgreifen zu müssen, mit dem alle Dokumente bislang umständlich eingescannt oder als Fotos abgespeichert wurden. Bis jetzt bin ich mit der Anschaffung sehr zufrieden :)Da dies mein erster Dokumentenscanner ist, besitze ich keine Erfahrungswerte, um Vergleiche mit Geräten anderer Hersteller zu ziehen.Positiv:+ Scans sind vom Smartphone, Tablet, PC oder direkt am Gerät selbst möglich+ Scans können lokal auf dem Handy/ USB-Stick oder in der Cloud (Einbindung Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, iCloud etc. möglich) gespeichert werden+ sehr kompakte GröÃe (292 à 161 à 159 mm, Breite x Tiefe x Höhe) –> nimmt kaum Platz weg im eingeklappten Zustand+ Scannt Dokumente, Visitenkarten, Quittungen und Fotos+ Scanqualität sehr gut (bis zu 600 dpi)+ Scangeschwindigkeit sehr hoch (Simplex 45 Seiten/Min. / Duplex 90 Bilder/Min)+ Erkennung von Leerseiten –> wichtig, wenn nicht jedes Blatt beidseitig bedruckt ist beim Duplex-Scan+ Automatische Farberkennung –> erkennt, ob eine Seite farbig, schwarz-weià oder Graustufen ist und scannt diese entsprechend+ Datei-Benennungsregel –> Dateien können automatisch nach gesetzten Vorgaben (z.B. Scandatum jjjjmmtt) benannt werden+ Dateiausgabe nach Bedarf –> als PDF, durchsuchbares PDF oder JPEG speicherbar+ 5 Zoll Touch-Display –> übersichtliche Menüstruktur und Eingaben/ Berührungen werden richtig erkannt+ Schnelle Einrichtung –> Einrichtung mit Smartphone hat nicht länger als 15 Minuten gedauert+ Einfache und intuitive ScanSnap App (iPhone)+ Anlegen mehrerer Scan-Profile möglich –> sehr gut bei mehreren Personen im Haushalt, jeder hat eigene individuell gespeicherte EinstellungenNegativ:- Sehr hoher Preis (ca. 507 Euro in schwarz, gekauft Anfang August 2025) –> Farbe schwarz teurer als weià –> alberne PreispolitikBisher erledigt der Dokumentenscanner seine Aufgaben zügig, in toller Qualität und sehr zuverlässig. Die GröÃe des Geräts selbst ist extrem kompakt. Abgesehen vom hohen Preis gibt es aktuell keine negativen Punkte. Sollte sich das ändern, wird die Rezension ein entsprechendes Update erhalten.Bei passendem Budget eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung. Viel Spaà beim Scannen =)
