Good but poor instructions
In general – very good. Responsive and bright.Switching lights on and off repetitively did not put them in pairing mode. I have lots of of branded bulbs where this has worked fine. Sengled bulbs pair differently. If you look in your own Wifi list of networks you will see a Sengled wifi network. Download the Sengled mobile app (NOT the Smartlife app) and follow the instructions to pair instead.For those people with connection issues, it MIGHT not be the fault of the bulbs but the fault of your router. If your router is provided by your internet service provider, replace it with a reliable branded router. Branded routers generally give stronger wifi signals and can cope with more connected devices. The average internet service provider router can only reliably cope with about 16 devices. I have seen a BT Home Hub have lots of issues with 20 devices (bulbs, pcs etc) connected. I had issues getting a smart downlighter working. It was ceiling fitted, and the fire proof metal shielding reduced the wifi signal. I moved a wifi access point closer, and everything worked fine. Basically if you have connection issues – invest in your own branded router and perhaps even a wireless access point / extender to extended your wifi coverage.

Sorry one bulb not working
The bulbs were ordered in May . However only now opened and one bulb is not working.Can I return them to have them replaced please ?YoursMary Gordon

Great product
We have seven of these bulbs, bought over the past four years . They work really well, are very reliable and are very easy to set up . With the first ones, it took a little while to come to grips with the installation, but once we worked it out and followed the instructions closely, it was a doddle. Subsequent installations on two other occasions have been really really easy. Links to Alexa without a problem. We have just ordered two more and will then have them in every room except bathrooms. They are great and I canât think of anything bad to say about them. Go buy !

i have several smart devices all a bit fiddly just make sure you use the sengled app for every bulb not just one like i did they at first, it will then work with alexa
