It’s just… fantastic!!
Setting this up is so easy, a very basic knowledge of wiring and some common sense (don’t electrocute yourself!) is all that’s needed.It’s most obvious advantage is size: it fits nearly anywhere and it really packs a punch in terms of functionality.Once I had it all set up, the app is well designed and easy to use.Now I can control the flow of current (the dimmer function) and set up schedules to my liking all from the comfort of my couch.Generally I’m a huge fan of Shelly and I highly recommend this product.

Impressive and very complete little thing
Used this dimmer with in a hold house with simple toggle/rocker switch.Works perfectly.Allows to control the dimming by voice and still to turn on and off the light with the switch.Connected and wired in 10min.

Nice product but can be a bit frustrating to get connected to WiFi just got to be patient you might also need a barrier if your light flickering.

100% recommended if you want to bring smart dimmers to your existing setup.They can be a little tricky to setup but I’ve installed about 10 at home without fault, wouldn’t be without them.

Worked well initially but failed after a couple of months. Maybe just me as they get on average good reviews and thats why I originally purchased it.

Did not work reliably.
Very disappointed with this particular product. Used many Shelly 1 Mini smart switches and like them a lot.However this dimmer did not work consistently. Was slow to respond sometimes and not stable and would often switch off straight after switching on using the app. Also existing rocker switches would not work consistently either, even though professionally wired by a good electrician. It seems that because the normal switches are wired ‘in series’ with the Shelly unit, anything going through that unit was unstable. It was connected to 9x6w dimmable leds on a switched two way circuit.Very disappointed that this didn’t work especially after the good experience with the Shelly 1 minis

Really good with home assistant
These are really good dimmers that integrate perfectly with home assistant. They use WiFi which might be a problem if you have lots of WiFi clients (ZigBee would be a welcome improvement/ option)Wiring is fairly simple IF you know what you’re doing. You do need a neutral at the switch if you plan on having it behind the switch plate, or you could mount it in the ceiling rose.

These are extremely small, simple wiring, easy setup, and they just works. I highly recommend these. I just eliminated 3 dimmers in my kitchen with these relays.Instead of using switches we decided to use a tablet running home assistant to control our lights.I am new to Shelly products but so far so good 5x dimmers2 4x Plus1 1x H&T G3 1x 2pm and all have been plug play super simple to connect setup and use.Thanks Shelly!!!!

Tot nu toe een geweldig product, dimt zeer goed geen flikkering in de led lamp, gemakkelijk te installeren en bedienen zeker via de app. Ik raad dit zeker aan. Elke installatie of huis kan je automatiseren met de producten van shelly en de prijs is gewoon goed.
