Everything you need in one packet!
Typical Shimano quality, two inner steel cables and one length of outer with end caps and cable crimps.Teflon coated for reliable gear changes, everything you need in a comprehensive package. No instructions included but there is plenty of info on the internet.I’ve used jagwire in the past but have to say I think this is better.

Good cable!
Optislick does sound gimmicky, no doubt – but it’s definitely got a smoother feeling action to it and in this kit you get 2 cables so I replaced the damaged cable on my rear mech and then with the second decided I’d upgrade the cable on my dropper post & it hasn’t felt so smooth in a long time (despite the prior cable only being about 3-4 months old)Kit comes with 2 cables, ends for the cables, some funky rubber bits presumably for protecting frame holes for internal routing & a good long length of outer cable so for the 21 quid I paid I can’t really complain when ‘other’ high street store wanted to charge me £12 for some a single run of generic quick-rust cable/outer.

Everything you need to change a gear cable
Really straight forward to change the gear cable and the kit contains everthing required. The only thing which I struggled with while fitting, was cutting the housing.Makes a world of difference though with the new gear cables fitted. My daughter could change gears with ease rather than complaining! ð
