Q: How to transfer photos from the camera to my phone?
A: Keep the camera within 10 meters (33ft) of your phone. Double press the button( wifi mode）to connect via hotspot, to sync photos.
Q: Can I use the camera without WiFi?
A: Yes! Press the “Record” button to capture photos/videos directly to the 64GB SD card. Reconnect WiFi later to export files.
Q: Does distance affect Live Preview?
A: Live Preview only works within 10m. Beyond this range, the preview stops but the camera continues recording until you manually stop it.
Q: Why does the camera split videos into short clips?
A: To prevent file loss, videos are split into 1 – 9 – minute clips. Set by editing the number in the “time” file (e.g., Y 5 for 5 – minute clips). Merge clips on your computer if needed.
Q: How do I remove the time stamp or fix wrong time on my videos?
A: Remove time stamp: Open “time” file on PC, change “Y” to “N” (e.g., 2024 – 01 – 01 12:00:00 N 5), then restart camera. Fix wrong time: Edit date/time in “time” file to the correct one (e.g., 2024 – 08 – 01 14:30:00 Y 5), then restart camera. Note: No auto – time – sync via Internet, suitable for low – time – accuracy scenarios like daily recording.

Sound quality could be better
Great video but sound quality could be better. I wear it doing site inspections, talk instead of making written notes and play back to transcribe. I have difficulty understanding all my words. Please note that I am seiously deaf but my previous camera had better sound quality though poorer video.

Itâs not 4K and it doesnât record 120mins.Itâs was delivered on 6/20/2025 and when I tried to return it, it was said I had until 6/19/2025 to do it. Totally BS!

for the money, this is by far the best option I’ve seen and used. I love the necklace / magnet mount. super easy to use, and works through my shirt to hold it in place for POV video. This is perfect for filming during mountain biking, motorcycle rides etc. Simple and easy to use and retrieve the files by plugging it into the cord. Works on my MAC as well as PC.
