Pleasantly Surprised, Honestly Thought it’d Fail… Rock Steady ð
Took a chance to save some money and bought this for my GPD Win Mini to store more games. To be honest I thought it would let me down but so far it’s exceeded my expectations, not only with read/write speeds but with durability too as my console gets HOT and yet still no issuesð.Ive gone from 2TB M.2 -> 2TB M.2 + 1TB Micro SD and now I have all my games permenantly downloaded ð

Good…
The capacity is as listed and loads of data loaded on card and reading just fine although not a brand name that may not be that well known but found their 500gb card works just fine so no hesitation in buying 1tb. Do not be tempted to buy 1tb cards listed price below £20 they are cheap for good reason despite any good reviews.

Not very good.
Lasted less than a year. Just stopped working. No drive would read it and it couldn’t be reformatted. Worked fine until then just gave up the ghost one day for no reason.

I put this card through it’s paces
These cards are very reliable I’ve used them for video and photo and playing games from them they always deliver my new goto brand

Has the right amount of storage as it describes. I did swap it to FAT32 for my switch and it works perfectly. Will be buying more in the near future. The price is really good for the amount of storage you get.

PURE TRASH! I got to use it one time. It took several attempts to get it to identify and be recognized in one device (phone) and one try in another. So not very universal. I transferred a file system backup to it. Moved it to the second phone that it was most compatible with and had it there for about 6 hours before the chip disappeared. Wiping out all my data becoming incompatible with any device complete trash! Unrecoverable data. The device cannot be identified in any type of reader or electronic device it’s trash! And my backup data that I put on it is now lost and it was my only copy once I have transferred it I deleted it from my other source. So I have nothing but hard feelings against this manufacturers piece of trash device. Obviously I’m choosing kind words to say! So truth being, it is NOT easy to install. The size compatibility is becoming more common. I can’t tell you about data transfer rates as I only got two store data on here once and it was kind of slow. But again I would not recommend this device for anything. You put data on one of these to save it not lose it! You buy one of these for compatibility and you don’t get that with this! We’ll see what the manufacturer has to say about their piece of trash that I wasted my money on.

I was in the market for a nice 1tb card for my Steam Deck, but the gold standard (ie Samsung, Sandisk) were too pricey at the time. I looked into SP and found they’re a legit budget company for computer storage and decided to take a chance on one of these cards. What I got: A great card for a budget price. There were no issues, I just plugged it into the Deck, formatted, and started filling it with games.I liked the price to value ratio so much I bought another one for my emulated games. (Something these cards are great for, btw, since old games were designed for storage slower than this anyway.)They’re U3 A2 cards, so they can operate at the theoretical maximum of what the Deck’s card reader is capable of. I haven’t done any speed tests, but comparing them to my high end Samsung cards, I’ve noticed no differences. Haven’t had any reliability issues, they’ve been very solid cards in a way that cheaper 1tb SD cards usually aren’t.Five stars, would buy again if looking for a great card for Steam Decks.
