Very good and easy but read below!
Excellent product, lots of add one available. Took less than 20 mins to install basics.But… Pick your service package from the start, for me upgrading caused glitches. Staff sorted it and were incredibly helpful and technically sound.Also cameras a bit harder, needs a smartphone app, and be sure to have them near the base station to pair with system before installing, and definitely check for software updates before installing them. If you do these then they are quite impressive. You need a good WiFi signal and you will need to charge the internal outdoor batteries for about 8 hours. Night vision and sensors for movement really decent.We have 4 cats and they have not set off the ir sensors at all yet, but watch the settings and placement, the instructions are clear and sensible.Handy chime when alarm off to announce protected doors etc being opened, internal camera has privacy shutter for “at home” setting.Lots of optional plug ins, including smoke alarm, water leak and temperature sensors and panic buttons. If twinned with full service package the security staff can (with your consent) check the cameras, spot the problem and direct correct emergency services having confirmed real incident.Also nice to be able to check cameras from the app, and get alerts of motion etc to check complete with video clips. Had a laugh at a helpful Amazon delivery driver who left parcels in the waterproof cat house pod in the garden and clearly found the cat “pod” highly amusing.

Easy to set up system
Easy system to set up. Instructions are in the SimpliSafe app. System works well although we only use it when we are away (not at home). Customer support is excellent if you have a problem.

Good kit but beware hidden costs!
This seems like a really decent bit of kit with lots of things included and meets our needs well. It was so easy to set up and everything seems to be working really well up to now. It really does seem like a great product and we are pleased we got it (so far!) However, there are SO MANY hidden costs and I donât think these are set out very clearly at all. The basic plan is pretty much useless to anyone who is buying this so you need to get the premium one but then you also will be liable for additional costs if a guard is called out and need to call to opt out of this. I guess that most systems have these subscription fees etc but they just arenât all that clear and I do think it preys on peopleâs insecurities and lifestyles a bit by making the features you actually need part of the premium subscription.

Got this system to replace an old wired system.Easy to install and set up.Have added more sensors and various options.Really does the job well and is recommended.

Easy to install and works a treat. Monitoring sub is pricey though and not sure it would work. Highly doubt someone is sat there watching my house while Iâm out!

13-Piece Set Incomplete
I ordered the 13-piece set but it came with 5 items missing. I returned, ordered a replacement, and had the same issue.If you receive a full set, this is a great product.

Works out of the box
Everything works as intended. There was one sensor missing but I got in touch with the manufacturer and they sent it over. Easy to install and set up, took me about 30 minutes in total.
