Subtle and smart
Iâve been really impressed with this smart ring. Itâs surprisingly accurate with health tracking, especially sleep, and I love how low-profile it isâno bulky screen, just clean and simple. Battery lasts almost a week, which is a huge plus. Honestly, itâs made me more aware of my health without feeling like Iâm wearing tech.

Not What I Hoped For
I was really excited to try this smart ring, but unfortunately, it didnât live up to the hype.First, the sizing was off. I used the sizing scheme they provided, which told me I should order a size 12. But when I actually received it, it was way too bigâI ended up needing a size 10. Thatâs a pretty big difference, and it made the first impression a bit frustrating.Second, the accuracy isnât great. I noticed that the sleep tracking was unreliable. For example, I took a 2-hour nap during the day and the ring didnât log it at all. Thatâs a big miss if sleep tracking is one of your priorities.Even more concerning, when the ring isnât even on my finger, it still shows random values for things like blood pressure and blood oxygen. It doesn’t seem to detect that it’s not being worn, which definitely makes me question the reliability of its health data.The only real positive was the step tracking. I compared it to my Samsung watch, and the step counts were nearly identical. So if step tracking is your main focus, it does okay in that area.Overall, Iâd say this ring has potential, but there are too many issues right now for me to recommend itâespecially when it comes to accuracy and usability.

Amazing ring! Works as it should. I havenât had any problems or issues with it. The app may be a little difficult for those who arenât familiar with these kinds of apps though. But itâs just a matter of playing around with things first. Iâve worn it for 3 days and the battery is on 97%. Itâs amazing, I love it! If only my phone had this much of a powerful battery
