Sleek and Simple Smartwatch for Basics
this budget smartwatch does the job for basic functionsâtime, messages, and fitness tracking. it has a sleek design, with a nice display and decent battery life (a week if you turn off the constant heart rate monitoring).itâs not the smoothest in operation and lacks some features like Apple Maps, but for £15.99, it’s a solid deal. the strap could use improvement, and there’s no way to remove unwanted exercise modes, but overall, itâs a good choice for simple use.

Good set of functions
This smart watch comes boxed together with instructions and USB charging cable but as with most smart watches, the instructions are just there to help you turn it on – the associated app is where all the customisation options are. I didn’t find the watch at all difficult to connect to the app.The watch has a standard functionality. As well as the standard fitness functions there are a variety of useful features. As with every smart watch, my favourite feature is the customisable watch face, with many options to select from. Notifications work pretty well. There are music control and phone finder features, a timer, stopwatch, alarm, weather info and more. The fitness functions are very useful but accuracy is variable.As far as look and feel goes, the watch face is usefully large and rectangular. The strap is rubber and hasn’t irritated my skin. The display is sharp, clear and well laid out, making the watch look far more expensive than it is. Battery life has been excellent so far. The watch is splashproof so the charging cable is magnetic rather than having to be plugged in to the watch itself. Overall I’m pleased with this watch, performance is solid and there are a lot of features and customisation options given the reasonable price.

I love this watch. As a lecturer and musician, I often need to keep track of time, but I hate the weight of a normal watch on my wrist. It is not professional to be looking at my phone so this serves this purpose perfectly. Furthermore, I can check notifications, stopwatches, timers, and alarms which are useful in the classroom. Outside I can check my blood pressure and my steps, taking calls on my watch when inconvenient to take the call on the phone. I highly rate this watch, it is impossible to beat at this price point (£30). One note, be very careful of the charging cable as it is specific to the watch and the only way to charge the watch which does need charging each day for 30 mins.
