I’m at an age where I’m very happy just wearing an ordinary watch where it simply tells you the time at a glance, and perhaps the date if that’s what you want, but I wanted to look at my sleep pattern so I opted for this cheap and cheerful based on its feedback and it works perfectly with a host of activities to chose from, plus Blood Pressure and Blood Oxygen, etc.

Arrived as planned – Lovely watch that does what I need it to and works well.The APP on the other hand is temperamental and does not show the same details as are displayed on the watch.

Setting the default app up and syncing the outputs to other, more popular, fitness apps wasn’t very intuitive.The watch itself is comfortable and lightweight.Tracking BMP, mood, stress etc doesn’t seem to work for me. Also, can’t see how to respond to messages from the watch itself either.For the £19 price I’m not disappointed, but the 5 star reviews seem a bit exaggerated.

One of the best things about it is how easily it connects to my phone. I can see calls, messages, and app notifications without pulling out my phone. It also tracks my steps, heart rate, and sleep, which helps me stay healthy.The battery lasts around 2-3 days, which is decent. Charging is quick and easy. I also like the different watch faces I can choose from to match my mood or outfit.
