Seems robust, and the choice of straps is a nice touch. I really only wanted it to count steps without having to lug my phone everywhere. This is does admirably. I’d caution against taking its blood pressure readings as gospel. I can see how the pulse and % oxygenation might work by flashing green lights at your wrist, but BP? How come the medical profession always put a cuff on your upper arm and not even your wrist? Anyway, mine always comes out unrealistically low giving the impression I’m in really good condition, but I’m not. I’m being treated for hypertension. After several hundred steps, the counter seems pretty much in agreement with Google Fit app on my phone.

All I wanted was a watch that tells the time accurately, looks good, has a date function and tracks how many steps I do – just as a guide to keep me active, and this watch does all that brilliantly. If you turn off the Bluetooth connection the battery lasts a very long time, much longer than the 5 days stated by users that activate the other features. If I wanted the full repertoire of a smart watch Iâd go with Apple, but I love the style and traditional watch face. Itâs very straightforward to navigate the settings, the app is downloaded from the instructions via a QR code, and I would definitely recommend it for basic users.Watch straps care comfortable, I use the plain black silicone one, the leather one is easily swapped by means of a release pin. Finally the charger is magnetic and needs careful placing to ensure charging is successful. Thatâs all to say really.

Not fit for purpose
The watch doesn’t seem to do much of what it says in the add. It’s not able to read blood pressure or heartbeat. Overall not useful on the health monitoring features.

Have to admit I was expecting this to look cheap and nasty, but it actually looks like decent priced smart watch, no one will think thats a £30 watch, be more thinking its £70-100.The steps for the first few days didn’t quite record the same as my phone, was out by 20 steps a day, but seems to have got better.I don’t use the apps, and haven’t sync’d to my phone, as not fanatical about tracking steps each day, just want to know on the day, did I move enough.In battery saving mode I am getting over 10 days of use, which does me fine.The choice of watch faces is good, but alot of them are for the kids or geeks. I have the simple screen view with time, heart beat and steps, and its clear and easy to read. Some views can give you overload of information, all depends what you want.I wore the watch when I was on a cross trainer, and it didn’t record correctly my steps, in fact it hardly recoreded any steps in the 10min session. So its not a watch if you like the gym. Its just an every day use watchThe app is a generic china made one for various brands, so how secure your data is I couldn’t say.No NFC, so no pay by watch, but for the price I would not expect thatOverall glad I bought this.

Not too big or heavy. Battery life is reasonable, couple of days, and has plenty of features. Accuracy of blood pressure is questionable and I haven’t compared the step counter with my old watch yet. Display is clear and well defined.Having looked at all of the Chinese offerings, this is a good choice.UPDATE 25/09/24The sleep monitoring function has given up the ghost and no longer tracks my sleep, unless I’ve not slept for the last 10 days ð¤£. Blood pressure seems even less accurate, even after so called calibration in the App settings. Alarm is pants and unable to read whole messages.Wish I’d invested in a proper smart watch instead. Perhaps I can return for a refund, will try.UPDATE 4/10/24Seller wouldn’t refund but offered a replacement. Received it the other day and now I am hoping that it’ll be more accurate than the original. The sleep function of the old remains to be hit and miss so I’ll be wearing both for comparative purposes of all readings. Watch this space…….

Nice watch with good amount of features for the money however I’ve been trying to contact the seller as the battery life is rubbish, it lasts approx 10 to 12hrs, therefore my dad hasn’t been able to track his sleep with it being out of charge at bedtime. (hoping we have a faultyone and it can be replaced as its gets such good reviews). Seller response with some help which fixed the battery problem, thank you. Great watch for the price

Ik heb nu bijna twee weken de Nongamx Smartwatch en ben gelet op de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding best tevreden. Mijn doel was te bekijken of een smartwatch wat voor mij is. Ik moet zeggen dat hij tot nu toe best bevalt. Ik heb een IPhone telefoon en ontvang op mijn smartwatch whatsapp, sms en email berichten. Alleen een paar woorden van het bericht, maar als signaal om op mijn telefoon verder te kijken werkt het wel. Ook zijn de health functies best leuk, al heb ik wel gemerkt dat deze aardig afwijken van de juiste metingen. Maar als indicatie (hartslag, bloeddruk) kan het een functie hebben. De stappenteller werkt wel redelijk bij lopen, maar op bijvoorbeeld een loopband niet. Ik heb diverse sportinstellingen geprobeerd, maar de teller geeft tot nu toe niet (ongeveer) het aantal stappen aan. Ik vind het uiterlijk en uitstraling van de smartwatch best fraai. Ik krijg daarover complimenten. Het ‘leren’ bandje is best stug en moet voor de functies strak zitten, maar het went uiteindelijk wel. Het siliconen bandje heb ik nog niet geprobeerd. Ik heb de smartwatch na vijf dagen opgeladen terwijl er nog ca. 20% voeding aanwezig was. Ik ben daar wel tevreden mee. Ook over de snelheid en service van de Amazon levering ben ik erg tevreden.Er zijn ook een paar minpunten. Zo werkt de schermverlichting om de tijd te zien niet altijd snel. Na een paar polsbewegingen of op de knop te drukken dan wel, maar dat irriteert soms. Het weerbericht werkt volgens mij ook niet. Ik kom er niet uit aan welke app van mijn telefoon dit gekoppeld kan worden. Wanneer iemand dit wel weet, graag reactie. Maar goed, met deze dingen is prima te leven!Conclusie: als eerste smartwatch om ervaring op te doen bevalt mij deze smartwatch (vooral gelet op de prijs) erg goed. Ik kan natuurlijk niet oordelen over de duurzaamheid, dit nog even afwachten.

Bislang dachte ich, ich brauche keine und habe mich daher gegen eine entschlossen – bis meine Neugierde dann doch zu groà wurde.Nach etwas Recherche habe ich mich dann für diese und eine weitere Uhr entschieden, schlichtweg um vergleichen zu können.Der Reihe nach:Die Uhr war sehr gut verpackt und mit ausreichend Zubehör bestückt, sogar ein weiteres Armband war dabei. Das hat mir gut gefallen. Bis ich das dann mit dem Aufladen und dem magnetischen Stecker begriffen haben hat es zwar ein paar Augenblicke gedauert, mich dann aber sofort überzeugt. Nach dem Ladevorgang habe ich die Uhr also eingeschaltet und mit der bereits heruntergeladenen App (Android) verbunden und mich durch sämtliche Funktionen und Einstellungen gearbeitet. Was mir ganz besonders gut gefällt ist die schier unfassbare Anzahl an Zifferblättern.Anzeige:Das kleine runde Display stellt sowohl Farben als auch Symbole sehr kräftig und deutlich dar. Ich kann die Uhr sowohl bei Dämmerung als auch bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung problemlos lesen.Einzig das automatische Einschalten beim Handumdrehen ist mir etwas zu sensibel, weswegen ich es deaktiviert habe. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie sich häufiger einschaltete als ich es gewünscht habe. Aber das ist natürlich ein absolut subjektives Empfinden.Touchfunktion:Einwandfrei. Nach meinem Empfinden reagiert es genau richtig auf alle Eingaben per Behrührung. Hoch, runter, links, rechts funktioniert fast perfekt. Manchmal wird der Bildschirminhalt nicht gewechselt, obwohl ich ihn schon halb weggewischt habe, aber das passiert mir auf dem Handy auch ständig.Feel:Die Uhr liegt sehr angenhem am Arm und stört trotz ihres Gewichts (was höher als das einer Quarzuhr ist) überhaupt nicht. Beide Armbänder fühlen sich gut und geschmeidig an, wobei ich das aus Silikon bevorzuge.Nichts desto trotz empfinde ich den Knopf an der Seite der Uhr als etwas zu groÃ, denn wenn ich meine Hand anwinkle, dann passiert es schon ein ums andere Mal, dass ich die Uhr per Knopfdruck einschalte. Möglicherweise liegt dies aber an meinen eher schmalen Handgelenken.App (Android):Die App bietet sehr viele Funktionen zur Unterstützung und Einstellung der Uhr und wirkt für mich recht intuitiv. Hier und da versteckt sich mal ein, aus meiner Sicht wichtiger, Menüpunkt in einem Untermenü, aber dennoch ist alles gut auffindbar und schon nach kurzer Eingewöhnung kinderleicht bedienbar.Modi & Gesundheitswerte:Unglaublich umfangreich – mehr kann ich nicht sagen. Ich habe auch noch längst nicht alles ausprobiert, aber nach einem kurzen Ãberblick kann ich sagen, dass hier nur Sachen wie bspw. Eier schälen o. ä fehlen.Was die gemessenen Werte angeht kann ich selbstverständlich als Nicht-Arzt nicht viel zu sagen, auÃer das Puls und Blutdruck zu 99% stimmen (kann man ja ganz einfach selber messen). Bei der Anzahl der gemachten Schritte sehe ich das groÃzügig, denn wenn ich am Tag 10000 Schritte mache und es fehlen faktisch 50 oder 100, oder sind sogar zuviel aufgezeichnet, dann ist mir das völlig egal. Mir geht es da eh nur um einen groben Richtwert. Ich habe parallel mit einem “Marken”-Fitnesstracker aufgezeichnet und hatte bei knapp 8500 Schritten einen Gesamtunterschied von 38 Schritten weniger bei dieser Uhr. Für mich ist damit alles im grünen Bereich. Wer es genauer braucht, der sollte eben selber zählen.Fazit:Brauchbare und sehr flexible Smartwatch die sowohl Sportmodi als auch Telefonfunktion beherrscht. Für mich als Einsteiger die perfekte Wahl!
