Easy fit, comfortable
Picked up a cheap PS VR and it was missing this piece. This clipped into place easily with the push stud mounts and is comfortable to wear even with glasses. The cover for the main part is friction fit and surprisingly precise.If this set had come with replacement earbuds it would have fully refreshed the VR goggles, but it’s still a good package and reasonable value.

Ive only had this for a month or so, but it fits perfectly, which is good, and It’s very light and comfortable. Id say it’s actually superior inn comfort to the original part. It’s so soft however, I will personally be very careful about how I treat it, as its light and soft construction, while deserving 5 stars and worth the money (though a little on the pricey side really…..The fact it was manufactured accurately enough to perfectly fit, does show that quality control means something to the company that makes it….so hey,worth an extra few pounds)….anyway, the soft silicone may not lend itself well to rough treatment, or particularly long term survival. Only time will tell.I would rather have a nice soft and comfy part,that doesn’t make my face sweat, over a heavier, maybe rubber construction, anyday.I recommend this to anyone looking to replace theirs….and even to people who just find the original uncomfortable. It’s worth it. A well crafted piece of silicone,with no burrs or discoloration anywhere, all the things that would betray a second rate item are not found on this. Its a shame they don’t make them in many colours really!Anyway….Glad I bought it, as I nearly purchased a different one…..that a friend DID buy…not from Amazon, and it came in a BAG! It was so misshapen and crushed,who knows if it ever fit well? If was already split, and had a gross chemical stench. This product comes in a box, and doesn’t smell of anything (and a lot of people are touchy about chemical smells…..quite rightly. Who knows what weird things my chum would have absorbed from that thing,had he worn it for hours on end?No such worries with this one though! Silicone! (So not poisonous).
