Does the NSPanel require a neutral wire?
Yes, NSPanel requires both a neutral and live wire to function properly. Please make sure your circuit has a neutral wire connection.
How does the NSPanel control water underfloor heating?
NSPanel detects room temperature to determine if heating or cooling is needed. When the temperature drops below the set level, it controls the solenoid valve to open, allowing hot water to flow. Conversely, it closes the valve to stop the flow.
How does NSPanel control the boiler?
NSPanel controls the boiler via a SONOFF dry contact device like MINI-D or 4CHPROR3. Ensure your boiler supports dry contact input. This enables remote control of the dry contact device via NSPanel, allowing indirect on/off control of the boiler.
SONOFF NSPanel is a WiFi dual-channel smart wall switch with a 3.5″ touch display and an integrated temperature sensor. Each switch relay rated for 2A/ 100-240VAC allows you to connect lights, solenoid valves, fans, etc. within the limit. It offers all-in-one control and monitoring of your SONOFF devices.
[ Weather, Indoor Temperatures, And Clock ] With its coloured display screen and built-in temperature sensor, SONOFF NSPanel allows you to check the outdoor weather and indoor temperature, and view the current date and time.
[ Temperature Adjustment] SONOFF NSPanel can directly connect to 220VAC solenoid valves or control other SONOFF smart devices associated with heaters and coolers through Smart Scene. By setting a specific temperature, you can automatically turn these devices on and off to regulate your home temperature precisely.
[ Voice And App Remote Control ] If you find it inconvenient to push the buttons, ask your Amazon Alexa or Google Home to help you control the two switch relays of NSPanel. When away, use the eWeLink app to control and monitor your devices in case forgetting to turn them off.
[ 2 Gang Switch ] SONOFF NSPanel can function as a 2-gang light switch and the switch relays allow you to connect to other devices such as solenoids or fans within the 2A, 100-240V range.
[ 3.5″ IPS Touch Display ] The coloured touch display allows synchronization of most SONOFF devices. Use the widget to manage and monitor your SONOFF switches, plugs, sensors and more.
【Kind Riminder】 NSPanel currently does not support SmartThings and IFTTT. It requires both live and neutral wires during installations. Additionally, please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure suitability and compatibility.

Proper switches and easy setup
Replaced a very defective touch switch panel with very dodgy network connection. Just Bluetooth to your phone and follow the guide to connect it to the house Wi-Fi. It is really easy and works very well with our google system. Finally the switches feel quite robust, give a nice on/off click and are nothing like those touch sensitive – or should be more accurately named ‘touch-insensitive’ switches – also for sale on Amazon

Nice and responsive but a bit deeper than expected.
With the stock firmware this device is solid and very responsive. I am using a custom firmware for use with home assistant and it performs very well. A bit of the responsiveness is gone but thats no fault of the origional firmware.I would like if the relay was a little bit more shallow, at the moment its limited to only the deepest sockets.

Excellent
It functions well and easily integrates into the smart home ecosystem. Please note that it requires a neutral connection to operate.

Not ideal for general consumers, only enthusiasts
Iâve integrated this into my smart home setup, but letâs be honestâitâs not a plug-and-play device for the average user. Out of the box, it doesnât natively sync with a wide range of smart devices. It works alright with big names like Hue, but anything more niche (like GOVEE, for example) is a complete non-starter without running your own Home Assistant server.Luckily, I do run my own HA network, so Iâve been able to make it workâthough not without writing my own automations and doing a fair bit of tinkering. For anyone not comfortable with that kind of setup, I really donât see how theyâd get much use out of it.That said, once itâs up and running, it does look great on the wall and serves its purpose well. Itâs just not quite the seamless experience I was hoping for. One saving grace is the physical buttonsâthose let me tie in functionality for devices I canât even make widgets for on the screen. So thatâs a plus.In short, if you enjoy the DIY side of smart homes and run Home Assistant, youâll probably get something out of this. If not, Iâd give it a missâitâs not consumer-friendly in the slightest.

Looks ok but impossible to set up
Looks ok but beyond frustrating when trying to set up. Wish I had just stuck with old school timer. 3 hours of life I won’t get back trying to set it up just to now have a glorified light switch and no timer.

I’m using it with Home Assistant and ESPHome as a firmware replacement. Works very good and stable. Anyway, I would prefer a slightly bigger screen as some elements can get flimsy.Easy to install, but you have to router a neutral line to your switch (which usually isn’t installed for ordinary switches!). Call a electrician if you’re not used to do such things!
