Fantastic product! Highly recommend.
I am very happy with the SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 Irrigation Timer. Although I don’t use the eWeLink app, I have it connected to Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT, and it works great. The first thing I did, and would recommend everyone do, is update the firmware to 1.0.4. This update fixes known bugs, such as the timer auto turning off when not commanded to.The timer fits great, and they supply a grommet so that it fits most taps, which I needed. It uses the standard UK tap thread (3/4″ BSP), which might be different from the US standard. Additionally, it records water throughput in cubic meters per hour (m³/h), which is very useful. The device is very responsive to commands.If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient irrigation timer, this is the one to get!

Nice build quality and works as intended!
So far these work great! They showed up quickly via MQTT on home assistant. People have mentioned the flow rate not showing up but after an update it showed up just fine. It’s also been exposed to Alexa devices so I can start the garden sprinkler to work for a selected period of time. I’m also planning to use it to scare off certain wildlife from dipping in my pond when animals are detected from my CCTV! I’ll update once that’s up and running.

Sweet Zigbee watering valves, not much to add but better value than the clunky H*zel*ck types and far easier to program.and control.

Regularly looses connection, often while on, meaning I canât use automations to reliably turn this on and off, as it becomes unresponsive.

Excellent water valve
This is an excellent water valve, and doesn’t need to be restricted to just garden use. I current use it to shut off water to areas I know are prone to getting too cold and it connects to Homeassitant (With Zigbee2mqtt) without issue. Does require adapters to your plumbing if you are going to use this for non garden hose applications, but it’s been extremely reliable.Note that while I haven’t had any leaks for a very long time now, I would still install a water sensor like an Ikea BADRING just for piece of mind.

TestujÄ ten zawór od kilku godzin na ogródku (sparowany z ZB Bridge-P) i caÅkiem fajnie dziaÅa. Np. przy zasilaniu z sieci wodociÄ gowej po ustawieniu limitu na 10L nalewa okoÅo 0.5 litra wiÄcej, ale trzeba ograniczyÄ ciÅnienie żeby miaÅ czas na reakcjÄ. PodÅÄ czaÅem go też do pompy studziennej i również dobrze mierzy przepÅyw. Niestety w schemacie scen Ewelink nie ma w tej chwili możliwoÅci wyzwolenia akcji stanem on/off wiÄc może byÄ kÅopotliwe sterowanie pompÄ , gdy siÄ go w ten sposób zasila. Na razie nie zauważyÅem innych mankamentów 🙂
