** Amazon Fire Max (13th gen) tablet ISSUE **This device does not function with the latest Amazon Fire Max (13th gen) tablet. The tablet no longer provides a 3.5mm headphone socket, therefore requiring a USB-C interface, for wired connection or using as a line out monitor.When connecting a charging source (numerous tried) the tablet shows an error message stating that it is unable to charge whilst in use. Charging a device whilst being able to use it was the main selling point.There is no audio output from the 3.5mm socket (either with or without the charging source connected to the USB-C socket when connected to the tablet (monitored with an oscilloscope).Other USB-C to 3.5mm adaptors work fine, so I can confirm the tablet is not faulty.Build quality is ok, but is not suitable when connecting to a Fire Max tablet.

Works well with my Samsung S22
This is the third adaptor I’ve bought to enable me to listen to podcasts and charge my Galaxy S22 at the same time. The other two lasted a few weeks before they stopped charging but I couldn’t be bothered to make warranty claims. This one looks well built, the sound quality is more than good enough for my headphones and, most importantly, it allows fast charging. I haven’t tried the microphone for calls and it’s early days on durability but, so far, very pleased.

Intermittent fault where the audio wouldn’t connect after a couple months of minimal use. I contacted the manufacturer and they refunded it, maybe I was unlucky.

L’adattatore è pienamente funzionale con un A33 5G Samsung e auricolare con jack 3,5 mm sempre di Samsung (fornito con un precedente A40). Ottima qualità del suono sia in riproduzione che in telefonata. Il microfono dell’auricolare, i relativi tasti di accettazione-chiusura chiamata e controllo volume funzionano correttamente consentendo le stesse funzionalità che in precedenza risultavano disponibili attraverso la connessione diretta con il jack al telefono.
