A good item but I sent it back as it did not meet my needs
You have to purchase a sim and writing on the instruction card was far to small. I sent it back. For me it was not easy to use but should OK for someone who has a better understanding of this sort of thing. Company were very good to work with.

Im erhaltenen Päckchen waren nur die Uhr und eine sehr kurze Beschreibung in englischer Sprache.Kein Installations – Datenträger.Nach meiner persönlichen Einschätzung hätte die Installation unter diesen Bedingungen wohlmehrere Stunden gebraucht. Und ob am Ende überhaupt was funktionsfähiges dabei heraus kommt,hätte ich natürlich auch erst hinterher gewusst.Somit ganz klare Retoure. Ein erster Check der Rückversandkosten nach China ergab zu zahlendeetwa 25,- Euro. (Kaufpreis: 53.49 Euro)Schade! Wollte dem Unternehmen eine Chance geben. So bin ich für eine Weile “geheilt”.

Die Uhr selbst ist hochwertig verarbeitet und bietet einen soliden Eindruck. Auch magnetischer Ladestecker ist nice. Die Bedienungsanleitung und die App sind aber katastrophal. Folgendes ist wichtig zu wissen:1) Einlegen einer SIM-Karte. Das ist kein gewöhnlicher Slot, sondern man öffnet die Plastikdeckel mit der Aufschrift “SIM” mit dem mitgelieferten Plastiktool auf, und legt die SIM-Karte IN DIE DECKEL. Also wenn ich mir die Deckel mit der AuÃenseite nach unten halte, dann lege/stecke ich die SIM-Karte mit etwas druck in die Deckel hinein und zwar so, dass ich die kupfernde Kontakte von der SIM-Karte sehe. Dann drehe ich die Deckel um und stecke sie wieder zurück, bis sie hörbar einrastet. Wer will kann auch vor dem Einlegen der SIM-Karte die kleine Plastiklasche in der Decken abziehen, darunter verbirgt sich eine Klebeschicht, um vermutlich die SIM-Karte noch fester zu halten.2) Die Funktionen von Blutdruckmessung, Sauerstoffmessung, Herzfrequenzmessung verstecken sich unter dem Punkt “Schrittenzähler” in der App3) Die deutsche Ãbersetzung der App ist grottenschlecht. Man müsste eigentlich von Deutsch auf Chinesisch übersetzen und dann wieder zurück, aber richtig. Ich kann zum Glück ein wenig Chinesisch.4) Noch schlimmer: die App zeigt ständig Werbung, und bietet unnötigerweise auch intergrierte Spiele und Kurzvideos. Sehr unprofessionell, sehr unseriös für ein quasi-medizinisches Produkt.Warum nutze ich die Uhr aber trotzdem? Der Preis ist unschlagbar. Die Uhr habe ich für 55⬠erworben, eine Prepaid SIM-Karte dazu hat noch 9,99⬠gekostet (mit 12⬠Guthaben).
