Will not work with Playstation 3.
It’s an excellent hard drive but despite being advertised as USB 2,0, it is a 3.0 and therefore is not compatible with Playstation 3. It is formatted in FAT32 by efault yet was not recognized by the Playstation 3, so I reformatted it to FAT32 but it was still not recognized. It is unusually fast at transferring files for a 2.0, so in the end I realized that it must be a 3.0, hence why the Playstation 3 does not recognize it, so be aware of this before you buy it, if you want to use it with PS3.

Great customer service
The lead came loose and wouldnât stay in the hard drive. I contacted to ask if I could have a spare lead rather than send the hard drive back. The replacement came next day. Really pleased with this service.

It works well. Small and compact. Handy little cloth storage pouch too. Not the fastest transfer rate but ideal to backup data. What’s not to like at this price? I’ll be ordering more.

Unreliable – the hard drive cannot be accessed after many hours of transferring files to the device
I spent hours downloading MP3 files on to this portable hard drive (it was an extremely slow process, notwithstanding a number of apparent positive reviews on the speed for transferring files) and then when I tried to access the portable hard drive to transfer some of the files onto my MP3 player (via my laptop) the device crashed and I have not been able to access the drive on my laptop or main computer since then. I have tried to re-configure the device knowing that I would lose all of the files already transferred, but still no joy. Unfortunately, when the device crashed it was after the returns deadline. This purchase was a complete waste of money.

Plug n Play, Very sturdy and strongly encased mini hard drive. Capacity is accurate to description, Very reliable so far. Using it for file & phot storage. Comes with USB lead with 2nd male USB ( not sure why ) but it works very well on my laptop.

Perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse.Optisch auch schick, klein, handlich, mit Staubbeutel.Ich bin mehr als zufrieden.
