What a surprise of an Excellent little Doorbell this turned out to be.
Purchased this camera based on the price and general reviews read. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this little camera and it’s quality. Very easy set up out of the box and took no time to just top up the nearly full battery with the supplied USB cable. After installing the App the camera paired really easy and was ready to go in a matter of mins and even though my front door is a reasonable distance from my WiFi router didn’t seem to affect the signal quality at all. Comes with a nice easy mount that has a little key which you just insert to pop off the camera if you need to charge it up indoors. Does not need charging that often maybe once a month but you get handy notifications on the App to tell you Battery level getting down. I have alert area set to medium so it activates quite a few times in a day from the App and if out you have an ability to view and speak to people which I have to say is fantastic quality with hardly any delay in lag time at all. Was my first entry into a video doorbell and I thought I would get something a bit lower in price to check it out not expecting it to last that long, but if it worked I would go for a more expensive model. Well it works great and to be honest just going to stick with this don’t see the point of paying hundreds of pounds when this little camera is ticking all the boxes for me. Excellent little purchase.

Very good quality Video viewing,motion detection also very good, although I was looking for a non subscription doorbell yet only two options when installation is completed via the app, to subscribe to the app once set up, In order to view and playback videos one has the offer of paying £59:99 per month which I think is quite expensive so didn’t opt for the app to install and subscribe, to be left the cloud storage on my phone which one also has to subscribe after a short free trial pay for monthly, I purchased this not to pay to watch playback but to view whom visits my flat rings my doorbell answet live video doorbell which is very good quality to be fair,to view the playback one has no option just to make you aware as if you want the options of recording or playback which I would have liked and was looking for, they seem to be perks that you will have to subscribe either way are left no option but to subscribe to a monthly subscription, which I would have liked but wouldn’t consider paying a monthly fee, and so am using as a video doorbell answer system,plus motion detection,cant watch back whom set off motion detection without subscription, other than the subscribe to record playback store etx, it’s a very good quality video doorbell and for the price would recommend buying other than the subscribe to watch, just as long as you’re aware of this option.

Good picture quality. Was unable to use it unless I signed up to cloud storage. Price seemed reasonable, worked out at about £40 per year. Unable to contact either the cloud people or the manufacturer of the product. Emails keep bouncing back and NO telephone numbers. Be vary

Excellent quality! I have kept my home safe with this device (I had an issue with a neighbour stealing mail) this has located who is stealing and the neighbour was rightful punished!HD/FHD plus to can download images to your phone along with keeping them in a cloud storage (dated and timed).I recommend it to everyone I meet! Great value and great product! MUST BUY!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE but the doorbell camera is OK
The camera and doorbell is pretty good BUT. when I was connecting it up via the app given I was prompted to pay £1 for something. It didn’t make much sense but I thought it would be to prove my identity and would get it back. It didn’t seem to go through and I was asked again for the £1. I was told that the £1 fee only lasted 24 hours and I would be charged a further £59.99 tomorrow, I obviously complained and was told that the fee would not be taken. Today I have been charged £59.99 for something I definitely do not want and the company is in Ireland and when I Googled the company there was no address or contact number and Google inferred that it was a scam. Will I be charged £59.99 for the other “thing” tomorrow???? BEWARE BEWARE I thing Amazon and it’s customers should be aware of this and if Barclays cannot get my money back I will complain strongly to Amazon.

Produit qui n’est pas adapté aux prises françaises donc il faut un adaptateur.La qualité de la video n’est pas mal. Le système ne fonctionne qu avec wifi et bluetooth. Il faut donc être à la maison pour voir qui sonne chez vous

Déçue, déjà la prise n’est pas adaptée pour les prises françaises. Et bien sur ce n’est pas noté dans les descriptif. J’ai dû investir et faire des frais en plus pour un adaptateur.On nous oblige de prendre un abonnement pour pouvoir visionner les images enregistrés.Fonctionne 1 fois sur 2. Il faut un très bo WiFi pour qu’ilfonctionne. Après adaptateur branché on entend des sifflements donc pas confiance niveau sécurité.J’ai voulu renvoyer le matériel mais c’est noté frais à votre charge. Grosse arnaque pour cet achat. A éviter !!! Si j avais pu j aurais même pas mis d étoile.
