Dead Handy! The SUNNYJANE Wireless Camera Does the Job.
Right, so, me and the missus, we’ve been looking to properly sort out our home security, know what I mean? Not just some dodgy old camera, but something decent. And we stumbled across this SUNNYJANE Wireless Outdoor Security Camera. Had a good look at it, and honestly, for the money, it seems like a proper little cracker.Dead Easy to Get GoingFirst off, the best bit is it’s completely wireless. No faffing about with cables, no trying to find a plug socket a mile away. You just stick it where you fancy â outside the front door, looking over the garden, even inside if you want. It’s got its own battery, see. And getting it hooked up? Piece of cake. Just download the app on your phone, get it connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (don’t try it on 5G, it won’t work, we found that out!), and you’re sorted. Takes minutes, honestly.Proper Picture, Even in the DarkNow, for the picture quality, you get 1080P Full HD. It’s not Hollywood movie quality, obviously, but it’s proper clear during the day. You can easily make out faces and what’s going on. And at night, this is where it gets clever. It’s got this “colour night vision” thing. What that means is it’s got four little spotlights built-in. So, when it’s dark, they click on and light up the area a bit, and you actually see things in colour, not just black and white. If it’s really dark and the lights don’t come on, you’ll still get a black and white view, mind. And the two-way audio is a belter. I can shout at the kids if they’re playing too close to the front door, or if someone’s at the gate, you can actually have a chat with ’em. Dead handy.Only Tells You What MattersOne of the best bits is this “Smart AI Human Detection.” Honestly, some cameras, they ping you every time a cat walks past or a bush rustles. Drives you mad! This one, it’s supposed to be clever and only tell you if it spots a person. And it mostly works, actually. We’ve had a lot fewer daft notifications, which means the battery lasts longer too. Bonus!Battery Life & Where to Stick Your VidsSpeaking of battery, that’s the one thing that’s a bit variable. They say it can last for ages, like months, but it really depends on how much action it sees. If you’ve got it somewhere busy, it’ll need charging more often. But it’s easy enough to take down and charge up. As for where your videos go, you can either pop a micro SD card in it (up to 128GB, which is loads), or you can pay for the cloud storage. You get a free month’s trial for the cloud, which is sound, then you can decide if you want to keep paying for it. Nice to have the choice, innit?Built Tough for Bradford WeatherAnd don’t worry about leaving it out in the rain or that. It’s got an IP65 rating, which means it’s dustproof and waterproof. So, come rain, snow, or even a bit of unexpected sunshine here in Bradford, it’ll stand up to it.Our Take on the SUNNYJANEAll in all, for what you pay, the SUNNYJANE Wireless Outdoor Security Camera is a solid piece of kit. It’s easy to set up, gives you a good clear picture (even in colour at night with those spotlights), and doesn’t bombard you with daft alerts. The battery life depends on how busy it is, but that’s typical for these wireless ones. If you’re after a hassle-free way to boost your home security, it’s definitely worth a gander. Fantastic product
The camera is quite easy to set up. Connected with my WiFi without hassle. Picture quality is superb for the price. Battery life is absolutely amazing. The human detection is also good and has the option to turn off/on and you can map out the human detection zone.Night vision isn’t bad at all. The night light is so bright.Good value for money. Battery won’t recharge
Rubbish. I’ve had this 4 months. The camera itself is very good and does the job it’s supposed to do. After the battery wound down the first time, it took over 24 hours to recharge and then lasted a week, and I’ve had to recharge every week thereafter- taking 24 hours at least – until it will now not charge at all. Battery cannot be removed to replace either. No response from their customer service either.Luckily amazon has refunded me, even after 4 months.If something looks too cheap and good to be true, it usually is. I do not recommend this at all.

Fantastic bit of kit !!!!!!!
Absolutely worth the money will be buying a third one for the car park we bought these at security because a few people no one can be mentioned around the area are contaminate in the streets with litter and fly tipping. We also have a dog that we like to allow to just Wander out onto a deck area and we like to keep an eye on him Set up two video control two way sound and voice control as well great optical night vision sensors a brilliant light and nice and bright easy to mount very good battery life as well I definitely will be buying a third one short

Pretty good camera, easy to set up, but doesn’t have infra red night vision.
This was really easy to set up and gives good results. Lights on the camera are quite bright so works at night well also. Battery seems good – i think it just switches off unless motion is detected or you access the camera through the app, so the long battery life isn’t surprising :)Downside is it didn’t have an infra red night vision mode as shown in listing. In low light, when you access the camera, the lights come on, which might be fine for you. Also to see any recordings from the motion detector, you NEED to subscribe to their service, which again may be fine for you as it’s not that much. There’s no SD card on the camera, so you can’t capture anything there.

Subscription for storage no sd slot
Good quality and well built very solid, easy to mount and set up on the app, battery seems to be good and light also very good and bright, the picture quality is basic and laggy, freezes a lot, I know this isnât my wifi as it reads full bars, picks up on motion well and sends notification, keeps a track of events itâs recorded however you need a subscription to access these at £30 for 6 months or more for a year, there is no sd card slot or option to make your own recordings so itâs good if you want to keep a check on things and access the camera when you get a notification but probably pricy if you want to record these and have access to them

Bon produit dans l’ensemble,qualité vidéo plutôt bonne,design sympa,le fait qu’il y ai une batterie c’est bien mais attention..!!!!!Descriptif mensonger….Pas de vision nocturne infrarouge comme noté mais bien une vision de nuit avec 4 led qui éclair fort la nuit donc pas discret du tout,de plus 4 led qui s’allument toute la nuit n’ai pas très économique et encore moins efficace à longue distance et ont ne parle même pas en tant que camera interieur !!!Deuxième point négatif….l’impossibilité d’enregistrer sur un support type carte SD ou micro SD….enregistrement uniquement en ligne et payant donc en cas de coupure réseau pas d’enregistrement et malheureusement en cas de coupure de courant la batterie prendra le relais mais toujours pas d’enregistrement car plus d’internet et pas de stockage physique.Dommage,ça pourrais être un très bon produit mais trop d’incohérences pour une camera.
