Avoid, terrible, no app opening
Very poor customer service. Lock did not operate as described. They told me it was a fault and would send a replacement but did not. Lock doesn’t open via app, hard to open with rotary knob, and fingerprint sensor is useless.Look for quality branded version, better than cheap from China.UPDATE – Lock not sent by the company but Amazon did refund me allowing me to purchase another, better one. The idea is good, the lock does work, but not as described, not from app and fingerprint is reader is poor.
