Measure carefully before buying
Nice cable but I underestimated the length. If you need a straight cable path its fine, but if you need a bend or two in the cable treat it as 200mm because the last 50mm of each end of the cable is used by the connectors which will not bend.

Understand teh difference between the ‘B’ type USB 2 and 3 plug!
I was looking for a cable to allow easy identification of the plugs, and the Red is a boon, not getting confused with the run of the mill black ones on the back of the computer, which is invaluable. Other then that it works fine wth out any problems at all, fully recomended.

A good quality cable that works fine.
I needed a USB 3 cable to connect the USB 3 hub on the back of my AOC monitor to my PC. The way my equipment is positioned meant that I had to buy a 2 metre cable which I was a little concerned about given the potential for signal degradation/drop-outs etc over this length. I could have gone for slightly cheaper alternatives but thought that this cable looked pretty good quality at a price that wouldnât exactly break the bank should it prove a disappointment.Iâm happy to say that this cable has not disappointed. Overall quality is high with well made, snug fitting gold plated connectors at each end and a cable which is robust and well shielded without being overly thick, heavy or stiff. The devices which I have connected to my monitor hub all work fine and have not shown any type of drop-out or disconnection events. All in all a good quality cable at an excellent price that does exactly what it shouldRegards.Ade.

Nice cable but not fast enough
This cable was sturdy and well built. It feels like a quality product. I bought this specifically to work with a USB 3.0 camera which required a high data transfer rate. Unfortunately this cable could not sustain the nitrate the camera demanded and so would frequently drop connections. I suspect that the length of the cable is pushing the USB 3 spec. Probably still fine for working with printers etc.

Quality hi speed cable
A great quality cable with a good outer layer. I use mine outdoors on my telescope between my usb hub and laptop. No connection issues or dropouts.
