This came in a neat box and was a lot smaller than I expected (This is a good thing). For the price, I hoped it would do some good things, and I was not disappointed at all. From the moment I got this out of the box, I was pleased with both the size and the build quality.
Set up was easy and made it a pleasure to do. The instructions were clear and easy, with not issues encountered during the installation. In fact, the hardest part of the setting up was working out the best place to locate it.

They are very good at monitoring temperature and moisture so you can assess the heat efficiency of your house. Bit pricey but it works well.

Amazing piece of kit, I have three of these, the instant alerts for temperature and humidity are helpful, as well as the integrations that can be built in with the likes of Tapo smart plugs and amazon Alexa.

Apparently Tapo has decided that sensors sold in the EU or UK can’t work with hubs for the US or AU, and vice versa. This is an EU-nation-coded sensor that was sold here on Amazon Canada, and won’t work with the standard H100 US-nation-coded hub you can buy here on Amazon Canada (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0BYH9KZXS). Needless to say, it is a waste of money, and I have lost a great deal of respect for TP-Link because of this. What happened to you, TP-Link? You used to be pro-consumer! Now you’re just another encrapified tech company ruining everything for everyone, just like all the rest.

Le produit était défectueux à la réception ( connection au HUB impossible ). J’ai donc demandé un remboursement lequel à été accepté moyennant un retour de l’appareil selon les document fournies lesquels requiers un envoie postale en Grande Bretagne ors les couts de cet envoie à partir du Canada sont prohibitifs ( 125$ ) pour un appareils valant 40$. Donc a toutes fin pratique la guarantie n’est pas applicables . Je ne voie aucune raison de commander a nouveau un tel appareil considérant les risques.
