The number 1 reason that I chose this over other alternatives, is the close up night vision uses invisible infrared, meaning their are no red lights coming from this camera, completely dark.

Great Camera, but you need a memory card or subscription to record.
It only took me about 10 mins to unpack, install and set up this unit. Software download to an iPhone and connection was simple too. Picture and audio quality is high, and it can be viewed and controlled (including turned on/off, tilted, panned and zoomed) from the phone app even when miles away. Comes with a 30-day free offer for recording video etc, after which you will need to either pay a subscription or install a memory card (I went with the latter).Sends alerts to your phone and allows real time viewing when motion is detected. You can even use a voice function to broadcast over the camera! Night vision quality is good too.Camera has failed once – it turned itself off when the 30-day free trial expired and I needed to reset it. Otherwise, fine.
